Most wonderful experience with TCS. The sales manager, Greg, was so friendly and informative. Patient and personable. He took care of everything that needed to be done leading up to installation. Garret, (hope I spelled that correctly, sorry!) was so nice! He was running a little behind and apologized profusely for it. Was absolutely no big deal, my day was planned around this visit. He was very patient and friendly when it came to finding a certain piece for the alarm that was hidden in the closet. He got right to work, but was personable and friendly as he worked. Did everything in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. He was very informative when showing me how to use my new system, on the pads and on my phone. Thank you guys so much for making me feel secure! And again, HUGE shoutout to Greg and Garret!

AWFUL company. We bought into the great deal the salesman gave to us when we were buying our home and now, we had to move for our jobs (not military!) and the monitoring company (Dynamark Monitoring) will not budge on our contract. This is a horrible ordeal..do not make the mistake we did! Go with another company that does not bind you in a contract!!!

not really happy with the overall situation. The installer of the cameras told the person (whom I had a security concern about) about my cameras because he was friends with that individual. The installer no longer works for the company and they were nice enough to give me a discount for the install but I'm not too tickled to have paid 400 dollars for installation on cameras that are now a moot point (now I have to go with different cameras in different locations due to the security concern).

TCS IS NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. I got orders to deploy in July and I called TCS to Let them know I had to leave. I was informed by the manager that I had to pay out the remainder of the contract. And that they could offer me a discount if i gave them back the system that they had installed.

Needed an alarm put in fast after having to move on short notice, they were super helpful, friendly and the system is up to date and everything we wanted! Super happy with my experience!

From the first phone call to Greg about upgrades I wanted, to the Saturday morning special install appointment made by Garrison, to the final clean up, they were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Everything was explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend them.

Great service! Finally the 'humming in my wall' is gone! After having called heating/cooling company thinking it was the thermostat that was 'humming', then the electricians on 2 occasions to look at the doorbell....your Service team knew exactly what the problem was and resolved the issue in minutes! Garrison Hull and Barry Piner conducted my installation. Service was outstanding, would recommend to everyone. Very happy with the results and the system.

Being that they're overpriced, I thought their stuff would be top of the line. I paid $2,000 cash for 4 cameras and the box 3yrs ago. My 1st complaint is having it hooked up to my wifi so I can watch from my phone...it's $80 for them to set it up. Any time I have to get a new modem (that's a spectrum issue in itself), it has to be set up again, which means I pay another $80. They should give a "how to hook up to wifi" paperwork for people who've already paid the $80 so we don't have to pay it multiple times a year. 2nd complaint, the cameras are not clear. I had someone vandalize my property (I knew the person), and the court said that the video wasn't clear enough so the guy got off scott free. 3rd: cameras started shorting out within a year, some times they'll go black for periods of time. 4th: After 2yrs, the box stopped letting me review past footage. I couldn't even watch something that happened a minute prior. AND now, it stopped recording all together, which doesn't matter because it's not like I can review the footage. Anyone who asks about my cameras, I tell them not to use TCS if they want something that will last more than a year or two. **If you want a camera system, trust me...you're better off buying a $300 kit off amazon.

Garrison was awesome! He really went the extra mile in troubleshooting our light switch attached to our alarm system! He was friendly and respectful! It is so nice to know in these days of poor customer service that there is a company who doesn t disappoint. I would highly recommend TCS for all of your security and home alarm needs.

The reason for the 5 stars was because of how professional and friendly Garrison was. If it wasn't for him, I would have rated lower due to the issue with the first gentleman we dealt with.

Talk about service...these guys & girls are on top of things. TCS always responds quickly, offers very fair pricing, and best of all (in my opinion) they're local, and a real person is always on the other end of the phone. I've had TCS install my house system, sirens in the attic, and wire a storage unit behind the property...and it all works great, and is very affordable. I highly recommend this company.

Taylor Control Systems staff are very professional when providing home security. TCS recently completed an upgrade that brought my home security from 1992 into the 21st century, from analog to digital with monitoring service 24/7 for the next 3 years, at a low installation and monthly monitoring fee. David the Operations Manager, Erica in Sales and Alex in Service worked very well together to select and schedule the timely install of a final equipment package that was custom and best to meet my home security needs. Finally, Garrison proved to be one of the most qualified Installer who combined his technical skills and customer relations to turn an old system into a modern state of the art equipment system in a reasonable amount of time. Garrison demonstrated great listening skills that allowed him to set up system programs, sensors, notification labels that resulted in the most comprehensive in service and user friendly system to operate and live with. Thank you TCS for your service to our community Fayetteville, NC safety.

Tech came out and wasted 2 hours since he didn't know what he was doing. Tech did manage to screw up 1 camera. Numerous calls, blowed off, manager calls makes promises, owner calls and makes promises. New Tech was to come tonight and calls to reschedule to 2 hours later (8 pm). I told you guys the reviews would start if you didn't honor your word. I'll visit every site you're on that I can leave a review. (To be continued).

TCS was very quick to respond to my call for service on motion sensor. Garrison the service technician was very cordial and displayed high level of customer service and knowledge of my Alarm systems. He resolved my motion sensor issues and provided additional guidance on using the alarm control panel. I am very satisfy with his service and highly recommend TCS.

Garrison (my technician) was great, he was knowledgeable and funny so the five stars are for him. I give the company 4 stars because I had to initiate feedback regarding the completion of my order. However the overall experience was good.

Camera's stopped working; got run around trying to replace; have called numerous times; no one has returned my call; cameras still not working. Extremely dissatisfied.

I want people to check the service perform and the amount billed by this company. The customer service was not the best at all. After I presented that the service I was charged was not performed, the fee was waived. It took speaking with two people to resolved my issue.
Definitely will not recomend.
