Being that they're overpriced, I thought their stuff would be top of the line. I paid $2,000 cash for 4 cameras and the box 3yrs ago. My 1st complaint is having it hooked up to my wifi so I can watch from my phone...it's $80 for them to set it up. Any time I have to get a new modem (that's a spectrum issue in itself), it has to be set up again, which means I pay another $80. They should give a "how to hook up to wifi" paperwork for people who've already paid the $80 so we don't have to pay it multiple times a year. 2nd complaint, the cameras are not clear. I had someone vandalize my property (I knew the person), and the court said that the video wasn't clear enough so the guy got off scott free. 3rd: cameras started shorting out within a year, some times they'll go black for periods of time. 4th: After 2yrs, the box stopped letting me review past footage. I couldn't even watch something that happened a minute prior. AND now, it stopped recording all together, which doesn't matter because it's not like I can review the footage. Anyone who asks about my cameras, I tell them not to use TCS if they want something that will last more than a year or two. **If you want a camera system, trust me...you're better off buying a $300 kit off amazon.
