Stellar is the word that comes to mind. From our fabulous salesman Brett, to the person who measured, to the crew that performed the work. We received stellar service with the installation of our sunroom windows. The quality is evident with the recent cold snap, we could tell the difference in the temperature of the room. A worthwhile investment.......and we got the most delicious pork as a bonus. Thank you Brett! We look forward to doing business again in the near future.
Brett was excellent at showing us what a great product and service they provide. We got an awesome deal on new windows for the entire house.
There were 19 windows in total installed in less than 3 hrs, it was so fast I wasn t able to see them being replaced. And of course, Brett came by to check the work and also bring the famous BBQ that he showed pictures of during his first visit.
The windows look great, the house looks beautiful and we are saving on bills. We couldn t be more happy that we went with Taylor, we definitely recommend them.

I called Taylor Construction many times regarding problem leaking and staining on gutter. Finally had to file complaint with BBB. They blamed it on roof and recommended I have a roofer inspect.
I had a roofer come out and pointed out that gutters we not installed correctly. The lip of Gutter Guard covered the gutter itself. I called them back again one month ago and have yet to hear back.
The gutters may look good now but beware any warranty they offer is not worth paper it is written on.
I do not expect to wait over 1 month to get a callback that is plain poor service and show lack of respect to the customer.
Find someone else to do the work because you may regret it later
Taylor Construction replaced all 32 of my windows in my house in a 4-yr time span. Each time they came to give me estimates/complete a job, they were professional and they worked fast once on-site to install my windows. They cleaned up after they finished and you wouldn t have even known they were there. The work is top-notch and the window replacement fitting is seamless. I would highly recommend Taylor Construction to anyone looking to have their windows replaced because they are reliable, professional, reasonably priced and have a good product . Call and ask for Brett!
Brett and his crew did a great job fast. They were even able to make a gutter and cap to fit into a difficult space that otherwise wouldn t have worked. The best part of all no more digging leaves and sticks out of my gutters ever again!

The quality of the work is great, however the customer service for repairs have been horrible. They should not offer a life time warranty if they are not going to follow up with customers timely. I often find myself getting the run around from them just to schedule a repair. In addition, I was also told they needed to reschedule a window repair, after I already took a half a day off of work to be home for the service person.
Love my new windows. Compared to my old wood windows, these are great! Easy to clean, easy to open, and I love the half screen that gives me a perfect view out. I've never had windows this nice.To top it off, Brett brought me some home made BBQ that was absolutely delicious.
If you call for a simple quote, you'd better set aside a full afternoon for their dog and pony show. Be prepared for a pushy salesman that doesn't take "no" for an answer, and who won't leave your home until you sign a contract. They will also demand that your spouse signs the contract on the spot, so that both of you are on the hook for the bill in the off chance that it goes to collections, or in case you split up, etc. I hired Taylor Construction a few years ago to install vinyl windows, and let's just say it was a valuable "lesson learned" in shady sales tactics and how to squeeze the most money from their customers. If your gut is telling you something is wrong or you still haven't received a quote after an hour of them trying to butter you up, ask them to leave your house and get other quotes for the job. You will definitely overpay if you take their first offer. Better yet, pick a company that doesn't try to highball you, forcing you to negotiate just to get a fair price for the job.
