Worst agency ever got call from them tcame in sat down spoke about all of the job opportunities they apparently had in the company they photocopied my passport signed me up . Never once got back to me with any updates or even a job opportuny the worst ever agency everrr they lack communication and lie about job opportunties do not wate your time im currrrently signed up to hays recruitment which are fantastic plz donot waste your time with this agency they just get your hopes up and set u up for a BIG DISSAPOINTMENT !! also very unprofessional

Called them asking for help with finding employment and they seemed helpful and very informative. Soon as I put down the phone, all those promises made on the phone for helping me just didn't get seen through. No call back, no email response. I actively kept applying for jobs on their site but never got a single word back. Thoroughly disappointed really as they got recommended to me. Will not attempt to use them again.

The receptionist is shockingly rude. Hung up while I was mid sentence, and clearly did not want to help (do her job). Think about who you hire to greet people! (Irony)

Simply FANTASTIC!
I have been to a number of recruitment agencies in London, but none have compared to Tay.
Everyone is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After meeting with the team, I left the office feeling really excited about what the next step in my career would be and I'm happy to say that the team have since found me the perfect job! Thank you Tay!

Good communication at the beginning to arrange a meeting and registration but then never heard from them and they never replied to follow up emails regarding jobs. Wouldn t waste my time with these.

Friendly, proactive and knowledgable staff who went out of their way to help me and find me the best role. Would happily recommend.

The general feel from the meeting was uncomfortable and I was underwhelmed in comparison to other recruitment companies I have met with and had sucesses with.

I felt that my experiences and explanations were not understood and this would effect my likelyhood to be represented efficiently. I left feeling very deflated and that in my eyes does not breed confidence.

Worst experience with this agency. Very unorganised, unhelpful and inconsiderate. I've emailed several staff none of them decided to contact me back.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this agency, I think they are the best in London. They are the only agency that I know that will actively call me when there is a good job match, I don't have to chase them, they are very organised, proactive and have found me nearly all of my jobs for the past 5 years. They are my Go-to agency when I need one. Highly recommend them. They deal with secretarial and office workers, so perhaps the negative posts are from people who work in other industries and Tay haven't been able to help them because of that.

I highly recommend working with Tay whether you are a candidate or a recruiter. I had a fantastic experience as a candidate from the moment I contacted them to being placed in a role. The people are great and they spent time talking through my CV and the range of clients/roles available.

Don't do it. They will waste hours of your time. When you go in, you will spend hours with one recruiter, she will dissect your CV to pieces, and then they'll say 'Oh wait! My colleague would love to see you! She has a hundred roles for you!' And then you have to repeat yourself allllll over again for this second wally who has no intention of ever contacting you again.

Excellent agency, I would defiantly recommend speaking to Tay whether you are looking to hire someone or if you are a candidate.

Tay are the worst recruitment firm in London. Staff are rude, their management are rude, not sure how they are still working, but that s only a matter of time.

First impressions, not very good. I applied for a job online then followed up with a phone call only to be told to send my CV directly. I then did that & am still awaiting to hear a reply from anyone.

Quiet a bizarre agency. The entire interview comprised of the girl talking and really trying to delve into the clients i worked with in order to pinch the clients of my CV as she voiced she cold called them prior to stumbling upon my CV. The girl had a terrible attitude and was quiet negative. She was pulling really angry faces. I could also hear her talking negatively about me outside to her colleague. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Would i use these incompetent people? No thanks, not very professional and definitely knew zero about the entire as a whole. I would not want these people to represent me at all. They are very cold and not warm at all.

Very amateur and disorganised agency. The role they advertised did not match up with the one at the actual interview so was extremely embarrassing.

After our first meeting, she completely understood what sort of career and job role I was looking for and went up and above with securing interviews. Professional and excellent service by the whole team.

This is the best agency I have ever used. My jop application process was rushed as I had another offer on the table, which I was considering, They ensured much faster recruitment process and my agent was on the phone and email all the hours of the morning and evening. I found they were fabulous in listening to what the candidate is like and really looking for an opportunity which is right.
