In general, the staff is very rude. The old guy who apparently is the manager at Charles de Gaulle branch, is significantly arrogant and highly disrespectful towards his customers. I am one of his first hand victims. How can a private company have a staff someone as worst as him? He should be fired or taught a lesson....
Don't get your statement on time, need to ask over and over for your statement to make payment and have to redo everything every month even though you gave them more than one email address and phone number to contact you

Not professional at all. They can't record your information correctly, they don't send invoices and statements, they don't supply their banking information, very rude customer service, they expect you to pay everything cash (they even have a bank teller in their premises). They don't even activate pre-paid meters correctly leaving you in the dark unable to load electricity. If I had a choice Impact would not be it.

I have excellent service phoned to find out how to get electricity connected, was cut off and they called me back, that was WOW, plus the person ( a man) was so pleasant.

The monthly bill comes very late, even when requested to be forwarded via email they take more than 7 days to just email a monthly bill & they would want to cut the lights for late payments.
