In general, the staff is very rude. The old guy who apparently is the manager at Charles de Gaulle branch, is significantly arrogant and highly disrespectful towards his customers. I am one of his first hand victims. How can a private company have a staff someone as worst as him? He should be fired or taught a lesson....

Don't get your statement on time, need to ask over and over for your statement to make payment and have to redo everything every month even though you gave them more than one email address and phone number to contact you

Not professional at all. They can't record your information correctly, they don't send invoices and statements, they don't supply their banking information, very rude customer service, they expect you to pay everything cash (they even have a bank teller in their premises). They don't even activate pre-paid meters correctly leaving you in the dark unable to load electricity. If I had a choice Impact would not be it.

I have excellent service phoned to find out how to get electricity connected, was cut off and they called me back, that was WOW, plus the person ( a man) was so pleasant.
So yes it ws my wow experience

Thieves; that is what they are. Stealing my deposit money. The sick part of it is they obviously getting away with it. I don't have money to hire a lawyer. I counted on that money to buy my boy a Christmas present. I hate you Impact Meters - may God punish you - may God unleash his wrath on you for hurting his children - "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.

Exceptionally bad service.... Captured my details wrong then accused me of not entering it correctly. Have to follow up every month on my payments as they say they do not receive them. Also registration fee is extremely high.... Not impressed

The worst service I have ever received in my life, staff is not willing to help, management doesn't care. if they didn't have a monopoly they would surely be out of business because we come to these people because we don't really have a choice.

Terrible telephone etiquette. Not friendly at all and not able to answer queries . Unhelpful and rude.

2nd encounter with Impact.. yet again the absolute worst experience.. your consultants hang up the phone in your ear.. Will not let you speak to a manager and have the worst customer service . I'm actually shocked at your disgusting service and how your treat clients.

I got a good and quick services. I called before coming through and the lady on the fone was very helpful, She recognised me when I came. The ladies there are nice and professional.

The service is terrible, worse the service can't be described... The monthly bill comes very late, even when requested to be forwarded via email they take more than 7 days to just email a monthly bill & they would want to cut the lights for late payments. I hate their service I have never seen such poor service ever...
