One star, unfortunately one too many, but less seems impossible. You know that joke about that couple waiting for a taxi at Schiphol? The taxi did not arrive ... in the middle of the night, no train and eventually took a taxi at Schiphol for 120, -. Salders sucks.

A complete disaster! wants to have four minors picked up from school for a trip to the cinema, just booked a cash ride ... Taxi 15 minutes late! Taxi was already taken! had to share with someone else !, resulting in too few seats !, first to another address !, so much too late at the cinema! but have to pay ... !!! response taxi company .... sorry the driver made a mistake unfortunately but i can't turn it back ....

From now on, just call a real Taxi company that knows how to treat customers ....

Had bad driver. Not to discriminate, but the Driver, I suspect, of North African descent, driving a black bus, drove like crazy. 140 over the A1 while he was applauding. Very friendly, but I don't want to end my vacation like this.

I definitely recommend taxi salders for their good service!

tonight I would go back to Leeuwarden with the scooter from Almere, now the lift at Almere centrum station was broken and I could not go up. The NS then called and a taxi could arrive in 1 hour to take me to Lelystad center, but then I would not catch the last train, but due to very good planning, taxi Sanders was able to take me earlier and I was well in time for the last train. I am really happy with the good service of taxi salders because because of their good planning I was on time for my train! Thank you very much on my behalf, Stephan de black

They call this a good company. I see it differently. My mother regularly has to wait more than an hour. Today she has been waiting for 2.5 hours and after calling 4 times they are still too bad to pick her up. This occurs more than 10 times a year. I don't think she is alone in that.

Mr. Salders is a big criminal. Ritpreis never knock and Mr. steals from driver. As a human being is not there we have to start the ride but do not get paid by Mr. Salders. I do not earn enough money with a lot of hours of work than a minimum wage. Car expensive rent and diesel much expensive than at pump in almere. Mr. salders earn a lot of money and I do not earn hard work.

Did not turn up at the reserved time (same as the first time I used them). Calls to the "centrale" did not help. They could/would not confirm when the driver would arrive. I missed my train to Amsterdam. And missed my connection to Paris. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are unreliable and customer service is awful.

Worse than bad. They have an app, with which you can book a ride. These are cheaper than via the website.
So I book a ride, pay it directly via ideal. The driver arrives on time and tells me that I would pay in cash.
I explain why not (after all, it has already been paid). On the way back I book a ride again, pay it and call just to be sure, because they cannot be the 1st and 2nd payment they refused to send a taxi.
I have never experienced anything so bad.

Terrible services, worst one ever. I use their services for zittend ziekendvervoer. And every morning they come late. The schedule is 8:30. But Around 10:00, they even haven't come. My daughter is often late for her school :( Not recommended. And strange enough, they can't even track where the driver is, can't call the driver to ask.... Unbelievable. This is for kids, not sure how about for adults :(

We have a small child who has to go to school every day with the Salders taxi because Salders has had a contract with the health insurance. But taxi driver usually does not arrive on time (~ 30-45 minutes later), we made many complaints but everything stays the same. We really have a lot of stress. The planner is doing very badly :(

Called few x Salders for a hospital ride because they are contracted by my health insurance policy.
Last week I waited 2 hours for the ride back. would be there in half an hour. Called several times. May be max half an hour ... no sorry, nothing. Centralist is just saying something.

Yesterday I was spoken to very improperly by an uneducated lady with a very big mouth who refused to take me and my companion who, like me, is in a wheelchair. to book. According to her, only 1 aid was allowed and then she started a discussion why my guidance could not be accompanied because she is in a wheelchair .. Totally uneducated ordinary screaming lady who also did not even want to say her name.

Taxi was already booked for this morning, 07.30 ride to hospital. Was called at 07.01, missed the call and called back 4x (!), Number not available. No voicemail message.
No taxi yet at 07:45. Called Salders where taxi stays. Turns out that the car has stopped and a ride could not be booked earlier than 11 o'clock, while I had an investigation at 08.20 !! I couldn't help it and I had to figure it out myself. Told me to order a regular taxi at their expense to get to the hospital. Well, unfortunately that was not possible, the lady said .....
Called ordinary taxi from misery, was too late for investigation.

NEVER MORE SALDERS! BAH WHAT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY. Just read reviews on Google and other sites with nothing but bad experiences.

It is unbelievable that CZ still wants to do business with this. Never again for me!

Picked up from Schiphol today by Salders. Waiting for over an hour, driver didn't even get out of his car what a rude flail. Texting and calling with the phone in his hand while driving, drifting over the A1. Next time pay a little more, but NEVER more this company.

Never on time. When you call them they will say you can't blame us if the chauffeur is late. The chauffeur will say we got the booking late from dispatch. If your travel is time critical in nature avoid taxi salders.

Scandalous company. Booked taxi far in advance for after our wedding. Put in the comments that it concerns the bridal couple. And then just don't show up, bridal couple have to wait outside. And when you call they say no one was there and that they called and you are put on hold. Called back 5 times and then suddenly stop answering. Never again Salders for us! Called Almere Taxi, was there within 15 minutes and brought us home safely. # salders # fail # bridal coupleindekou # never again.

Very anti-social taxi company! My partner waited 3 hours at the AMC, at the counter, which was also indignant that it was not picked up. Then it was claimed in the taxi that my partner was a liar and that the driver had been watching 3 times and had been waiting for 40 minutes, it seems unlikely if she had been there for 3 hours. Taxi Salders left my severely disabled brother waiting for a taxi in the cold for over 2.5 hours. The driver could not find the way. Not even after a lot of calling. Official complaint submitted by email up to 2 times. Never heard from Peter Salders who, with dry eyes, claims to the entire city council that there are never complaints about his company. I get it: he just throws them in the trash and pretends no one is complaining. But if you drop the name of the company in Almere- 3 out of 4 people have a complaint.

I have had a bad experience with taxi company Salders with my ride to Schiphol. First of all, the taxi driver arrived 15 minutes late without calling. Then the driver drove very fast and said that he had been driving for 20 hours and that he only had 15 minutes to drive back to Almere for his next ride. Simply dangerous and irresponsible.
