Very bad. drivers complain bitterly about their boss. Are many freelancers who are underpaid; 1 euro per km ..

Called few x Salders for a hospital ride because they are contracted by my health insurance policy.
Last week I waited 2 hours for the ride back. would be there in half an hour. Called several times. May be max half an hour ... no sorry, nothing. Centralist is just saying something.

Yesterday I was spoken to very improperly by an uneducated lady with a very big mouth who refused to take me and my companion who, like me, is in a wheelchair. to book. According to her, only 1 aid was allowed and then she started a discussion why my guidance could not be accompanied because she is in a wheelchair .. Totally uneducated ordinary screaming lady who also did not even want to say her name.

Taxi was already booked for this morning, 07.30 ride to hospital. Was called at 07.01, missed the call and called back 4x (!), Number not available. No voicemail message.
No taxi yet at 07:45. Called Salders where taxi stays. Turns out that the car has stopped and a ride could not be booked earlier than 11 o'clock, while I had an investigation at 08.20 !! I couldn't help it and I had to figure it out myself. Told me to order a regular taxi at their expense to get to the hospital. Well, unfortunately that was not possible, the lady said .....
Called ordinary taxi from misery, was too late for investigation.

NEVER MORE SALDERS! BAH WHAT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY. Just read reviews on Google and other sites with nothing but bad experiences.

It is unbelievable that CZ still wants to do business with this. Never again for me!
