Terrible attitude resulted in my wife leaving the showroom.
I should have known better and returned to either Yeovil Audi where we bought our last Q5 in 2017 rather than visiting this dealership.
I've been on the fence for some time wondering whether to go for an electric Q4 or just stay with diesel. I've done a lot of research on the subject being a petrol head all of my life but just wanted a keen enthusiastic and most importantly knowledgeable salesman who knew their product. Instead I got a young arrogant individual who had come from other brands who was dismissive and just wanted us gone. Probably because he looked at my name as being in their branch a few times in the past 6 months to discuss a way forward for us to into the world of electric.
I had got the feeling of "time waster" by the way he wanted proof of discounts on Carwow and why I hadn't done business with other dealership rather coming to Taunton. I was flabbergasted being they were my local dealership and the fact it's a £60k vehicle was probably small change to them.
I left with a proposal which was in line with other quotes but felt so angry and the fact the vehicle was for my wife means I will never go back to this dealership again.
I'm so angry I'm going to complain to Audi UK as I told the salesman that it was a choice between the Audi and JLR Evoque and we were on the fence which way to go. His response was to slag off the Evoque claiming they were just made up of Chinese parts most of which ended up on the back of recovery trucks being next door!

Excellent customer and vehicle service! Had my Audi serviced here a couple of times now and both times have been great. Many thanks to Jeff , who managed to book me in at short notice for a full service and was extremely helpful throughout the process.

On a separate occasion, after a timing belt change last year there was a slight issue with a fuel pump, however I called back and the service department quickly rectified the problem free of charge. Overall a friendly, quick and professional service. Would definitely recommend.

Recently had issues with the bodywork on my husbands R8, which he brought from another Audi garage in Essex and he had, had a lot of issues and problems with it, this lost all his faith in Audi. This has now been restored by the fantastic service at Taunton Audi he has received. The Service department and customer care has been second to none and way above what he could have ever hoped. Would not hesitate to recommend or send his car there again 5* treatment cant praise them enough. Thank you

On buying a car from here in February there have been a number of problems. Far too many to list, leading me to make a formal complaint to Marshall group plc. This was handed to the new business manager on his first day at Taunton Audi. The response and process followed has led to a fantastic service and resolution to the complaint.

The appointment of the new business manager at this branch is a breath of fresh air. If he continues to lead this dealership in the same way he has looked after me over the last few weeks, then Taunton Audi will become a brand leader I m sure. The way I have been treated with respect and the fact that they have been willing to listen and compromise is first class.

This experience in the resolution of the complaint has given me confidence to use this dealership again in the future, where I was adamant that I would not.

I will 100% recommend this dealership to others.

We were promised the world and then fobbed off constantly. Now we have our car we felt uncomfortable collecting it. The dealer said, it isn't us it is Audi.

We now have a small fault, tell the garage 10 days ago. now there if no new part.....guess what it is Audi not the dealer.

Very put off now, quite sad as the car is stunning but it has a little sour taste.

I brought my car from here no problem, however when Audi came and picked it up and took it to be serviced they knocked the front of my car between my home and the garage. I called them and they were certain they had not done it. I know full well I didn't do it myself and the black scrape/chips across my white car definitely wasn't there when the member of staff picked up in the morning. They did fix it as a "Kind will gesture" and even to this day they did not admit the accident. Definitely not a place i will be taking my car back to.

I just recently bought an Audi from taunton, and I was very happy with my experience here. I was served by Matthew McLeod who was very helpful and I would highly recommend anyone going to this Audi branch to speak with him. He helped me with everything I needed in getting my new car and still continues to check up on me even though I have already bought the car. I had to travel to taunton twice from London and both times I received excellent service from the whole team but especially from Matthew for which I am very grateful.
I definitely recommend taunton Audi.

As a newcomer to the world of Audi my experience of Marshall Audi Taunton has been excellent. The sales team were extremely helpful when we initially purchased the car (thanks Julian) and the after sales department have been very professional and efficient in resolving the minor issues we experienced a few weeks later (cheers Jeff). A real pleasure to conduct business with the team in Taunton and would happily recommend to all our friends.

Went in to ask a simple question about servicing and as we were not dressed smartly enough and were driving a 10 year old Audi it was difficult to get anyone's attention as they were all in very important meetings!!
How are the bright young things beavering away in there at their meetings to know that we were not looking to hand over vast sums of money for one of the great looking cars displayed in the showrooms.

Jeff completely changed my view of Audi-for the better! Only went to have a look and ended up purchasing the TT Quattro S line. It was late in the day, but it was still no trouble to sit down with me or take me out for a test drive. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and arranged for me to collect on my birthday, making both my purchase and my birthday extra special. I had not experienced such attentive service previously and would highly recommend this dealership and Jeff

Big thumbs up to Taunton Audi this week for exceptional service.
We had a warning light came on the car which I needed sorting straight away but we were on holiday and obviously using the car all the time. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful, and was able to confirm that they had the part required in stock, and booked me in for it sorting within three hours of the call. I was advised I may have a wait of around a couple of hours to have the car sorted but it was actually done in just over an hour - just enough time for the free brew and a quick browse at the new Audi ranges on show. A potential nightmare of a day that actually didn't turn out badly at all.

Recently had my transmission oil changed, gave me a courtesy car with very low fuel and didn t inform me, I was under a time pressure to get to work and didn t realise fuel was so low.
I asked about starting an Audi service plan as advertised on Audi UK website, there seemed to be very little knowledge of this service plan, or it was too much trouble!
I phoned Audi Uk who contacted the dealership and said they had been in contact with Taunton Audi and a gentleman called Adam would call me today (Mon 10th September) and sort out the service plan
Surprise, surprise, they didn t bother. Again probably too much trouble for not enough money, would not return again, poor customer service.

I visited this dealer to look at the range of colours as I was thinking of maybe buying an Audi. The area is chaotic and there was no way I could find a parking space the signs to get in and out of the car park were confusing and I ended up in a dead end and eventually had to go down a one-way road to get out. Saying all this I had no problems with the dealership once I managed to get inside the place is modern clean and theStaff were helpful. Just bought an Audi Q2 from Taunton Audi. Me and my wife have been VW owners for our last few cars and we were not sure about switiching to audi. On entering Audi we were greeted by reception and were told to have a look around. They didnt have a q2 in the showroom but did have one on the forecourt we went to look at. Budget was a key factor for us and Matthew (Mcleod) was brilliant in finding a suitable car both spec and price wise. Have no hesitation in recommending Audi Taunton, no pressure selling on add ons which we have had in the past. Overall a very enjoyable experience and will 100% be returning for services and when the need for another car arises. Thank you Matt and all the team at Taunton Audi for your hard work in getting us the perfect car !

I don t normally leave reviews but because of the exceptional service I have received I felt it only right.
Today I picked up my Q3 and the gentleman Matthew Nutt was brilliant.
From ordering the car right through to pick up he has been great, keeping me up to date with the progress, the customer service received from Matthew was second to none.
I will using this dealership in the future and will be recommending to friends and family for sure.
Thank you Matthew, you have made this experience a really lovely one.

AVOID! Travelled down to purchase a used A3 (less than 2 years old) having been sent a video of the "beautiful" car. Salesmen raved about it on the phone and video. Got there only to find significant cosmetic damage to exterior and interior. Would have expected to be informed properly about the true condition of the car before making a 400 mile round trip to buy it. Sales Manager Matt could not have cared less. What a waste of time and money.

Just got back from Marshall Audi Taunton with my new car and can only say that I was given 1st class service and attention from all the staff that dealt with me, in particular Jeff Mark who went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble and giving me help with the technical side of the car. I was introduced to other members of the team including senior management, service and finance managers and found everyone friendly and helpful. I wish Audi Taunton all the success for the future.

Booked a test drive more than a week in advance. When we arrived for it, the vehicle wasn't even there, it had been sent home with a member of staff. Terrible customer service and no contact since to try and salvage a sale. Avoid if you value your time.

The service we received from start to finish was fantastic. We were approached by Julian who was incredibly knowledgable on the subject matter. There was no hard sell , instead he let the car speak for itself! We couldn t have asked for a more pleasant experience, the whole Audi team is a credit to the brand.

Bought a 1 year old car from Taunton Audi recently with 12,000 miles on the clock. I took the car for a service 1 month later at my local dealer to be told all 4 tyres needed to be replaced urgently.

Eventually I'm learning that the original readings of the tyre treads were incorrect when I was sold the car. Either that or they have worn down 20-25% in 900 miles, and then haven't worn down at all 1,300 miles after that.

Customer service has been non-existent and they have absolutely no plans on trying to help.

Before you spend the extra money at an Audi dealership, think twice, take your own mechanic along, or at least a ruler so you don't get shafted like I did.

Lots of people swanning about , but no-one actually does anything. Wasted service booking as "I" booked wrong type of service, reversed A4 into a pillar, sent car out with steering wheel misaligned by 10 degrees. Absolute shower, avoid. Put me right off Audi (lost a sale of a new A3) , but Exeter Audi much better despite being part of same Group, Marshalls.

All the staff there are really professional and friendly and are keen on making sure you get the right car for you, not just selling you whatever they can. Hayley in sales was brilliant, always on hand to answer any questions and made the buying experience really enjoyable. The same can also be said for the service team. Absolutely shocking service. I called on 3 consecutive working days looking to talk to the service manager, he was otherwise engaged on each occasion, left 3 messages asking for a return phone. Have not received 1 phone call back. Needless to say I'll be taking my (new) business elsewhere.

Just purchased an A5 Black Edition Plus from Marshall Audi Taunton and the service from start to finish was exceptional. Sure, the customer service is fantastic and the products are great, but you would expect that. But what's most important, is that everyone working there are personable and approachable, which is something you cannot teach.

The sales exec, Julian Bassett, handled my particular meticulous attention to detail and requests with great responsibility and honesty. He's a credit to Marshall Audi Taunton and Audi UK.

If you're in the area, or not, and considering buying an Audi, buy it from here! You won't be disappointed.

Poor Communication. I called everyday for the past week and I was promised a call back the same day. 7 days later I got my call back with no apology. Seems like Taunton Audi doesn't care about their customers. My partner and I will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Surprisingly incompetent. Trying to book a service seems to be a big challenge. I called about three weeks ago to book a relatively new Audi in for a service. I was sent around in a loop for about half an hour because they could not recognise the number plate. After providing the VIN for the car I was told that the manager would call back - I m still waiting. This entire process took no more than 2 minutes with audi coventry.

Update: I responded to the request below and received a phone call from Tamara Braithwaite with a lot of excuses (rather than ownership of the problem). I duly provided the vehicle details and was promised a resolution. Ten days later there has been no communication. The level of incompetence is shocking.

Just this week received a call regarding the vehicle i purchased from them, i informed them i no longer own the vehicle which was noted. Today I receive another call to inform me that my car needs to be booked in!! I rest my case.

Excellent customer service and communication from Taunton Audi. They went over and above the call of duty with regards to a problem I had. Prompt and efficient, I can't fault them. The vehicle service was also completed in advance of my original booking, more importantly, at a price which was much better than similar Audi dealerships. I thoroughly recommend Taunton Audi.

I made a call into Audi to ask a few questions about a replacement vehicle having previously purchased through them 3 years ago. I wanted to see what the service was like and quite frankly it was disappointing. The receptionist was lovely and polite and quick to re-direct me. The salesman however is a different outlook. I asked about the existing car and process to change and although he directed me to the finance company, I asked about new vehicles and he showed zero interest. Its not to say, 'he is a poor salesman', but from one business to another, treat every client like it's a mystery shop and keep up the high standards that Audi are known for. The call made my decision not to del with the branch again. Poor show, but hopefully something the seniors at the branch can sort out.

Had a fantastic experience at Taunton Audi. Dan Pimm was really great at showing me and my partner around the cars they had to offer, we weren t too sure which model we wanted but Dans great knowledge and expertise helped us massively.
At no point did I feel under pressure to make a decision and Dan was extremely understanding when we took the night to think about it. When we decided we wanted to go ahead Dan sorted everything for us making it so quick and stress free.
I would like to thank all the team at Taunton Audi for their brilliant service, we were really blown away with how professional yet friendly they were. Special thanks to Dan for helping us with the car of our dreams.

Went to Audi in Taunton today and had a service on my car. Have to say the customer service was impeccable, friendly and helpful. I was dealt with by Greg Mear and he was extremely helpful and friendly I highly recommend him to anyone who is after a mobility car. He is highly knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. I was offered a lift into town and collection but I choose to walk as the weather was nice. I was offered coffee as well. My car was cleaned and hovered upon collecting. Nice and friendly customer service thank you.

Kind & curious service from this Audi dealership, they have been looking after my car for years. In particular George in the service team always ensures my car is ready on time, good for another 12 months with a friendly smile.
Especially like the video clips they send in advance of any extra manitance being authorised.

Have purchased two vehicles from Taunton Audi and have had three regularly serviced and maintained here. The service and quality is second to none.

Whilst all the team are great. George Palmer in the service department is the life and soul of the garage. George goes above and beyond, explains everything clearly and always strives to delight her customers, she should be rewarded and recognised for her consistent and outstanding service to the garage.
