On buying a car from here in February there have been a number of problems. Far too many to list, leading me to make a formal complaint to Marshall group plc. This was handed to the new business manager on his first day at Taunton Audi. The response and process followed has led to a fantastic service and resolution to the complaint.
The appointment of the new business manager at this branch is a breath of fresh air. If he continues to lead this dealership in the same way he has looked after me over the last few weeks, then Taunton Audi will become a brand leader I m sure. The way I have been treated with respect and the fact that they have been willing to listen and compromise is first class.
This experience in the resolution of the complaint has given me confidence to use this dealership again in the future, where I was adamant that I would not.
I will 100% recommend this dealership to others.
