I have not had any experience with the health care service. But i wished to congratulate their home service regarding health. Also myself being a sr.consultant dietitian could very well understand the importance of this service which needs sincerity and dedication by the team to give positive results. Very good service provided by my bed side caretaker. They are well trained trained and skillful. Keep it up Team OneLife.

A very poor money minded people. My father was in neuro ICU for sepsis encephalopathy. The hospital wanted us to work with ONE Life , who sent their representative to meet us.. The meeting was very professional and the person vouched that without our confirmation, they will not start a nursing care and asked me to sign a application. I hesitated a couple of times, since the application clearly indicated that it is an agreement to start the service. But the person reassured it is just a formality. We also informed that we need the service only in Pondicherry. The hospital where my father was admitted was in Chennai

They started the nursing service , the next day, while my father was still in neuro ICU. When enquired, they said, that the doctor asked to start the service as transition. And that the doctor informed them that he will be moved to step down ICU the next day.

Since the doctor was on leave the next day, they continued the service. once the doctor came back, we came to know that the doctor never asked for the service.

When we asked to bring the nurse, who is going to accompany us to Pondy, they said, they don t operate in Pondy.

By then they started sending bill and was repeatedly asking for us to pay.. If there is no facility in Pondy we could have used a service from Pondy.. Why did these people get involved in the transition and charge us? Also they misinformed us that my father will be shifted.. When confronted, they simply was giving stories..

They are exploiting the helplessness of the needy. We had to pay and I was clearly cheated.. BETTER STAY AWAY.

After this above review, they wanted me to contact them, so they responded.. But when I contacted them, they did not bother to talk to me.

I have been using One Life Home Healthcare since 2016 to take care of my grand parents. My grandfather passed away in 2018 and the care he received was excellent. We took home nursing care for 24 hrs, the nurses treated him like their grandfather. Now they are taking good care of my grand mother. Their team management was well Planned, they organized in such away. I will strongly recommend One Life Home Healthcare to anyone.

Earlier in 2016 December I have requested a doctor visit at home from One Life Home Health care, specifically for the elder people at home, In my scenario my grandmother was sick and she can't move here and there in her situation. We explained the entire scenario to One Life Staffs. They provide us door step doctor on call service, whereby our grandmother feel much comfortable with their services at our home. They provide us 24/ 7 support irrespective of the all seasons. As she feels more comfortable we started nursing services at home as a package from the One Life, Which includes Home Nursing Service for 24 hours, doctor home visit and Physio visit at home once a week. We never had such a smooth and easy go experience before. The saddest part is my Grand mother passed away in Jan 2018 but the care she received from One Life Home Health Care was excellent and the home nursing care extended more than a Year. I have recommended many of my family and friends about One Life. Thank you for the support, care, confident feel and trust provided by your team.

Excellent Service by One Life PCA Miss.KalaiselviKumar & Ranjitha. Maintenance of Day to day patient medical records like BP, temperature, blood sugar, Positions, food chart & providing at most case to the Bed redden patient is excellent. Also it is advised to extend the service not only with patient and also with the patient environment i.e. cleaning of Patient cot, floor moping, removal of their used consumables by them ect.

BEWARE! Extremely poor quality of services. T caretakers r improperly trained and come with infections to take care of the already fragile patients. The nursing coordinator Ms. Shiny advises the caretakers to take charge even if they are suffering from cold. My mother underwent a coronary bypass surgery and these people made it extremely difficult and exhibited incorrigible behaviour . My sincere advise is to rethink before you make a decision to go ahead with this firm . Patients need supportive care morand not miseries in the form of caretakers by paying them!

I had engaged their services for one of my relatives for some time. In comparison with others they give far better service and they deliver what they promise. Their staff are very well trained,punctual and know their business very well. Their patient handling skills and their monitoring by their support staff is some thing really appreciable.
