BEWARE! Extremely poor quality of services. T caretakers r improperly trained and come with infections to take care of the already fragile patients. The nursing coordinator Ms. Shiny advises the caretakers to take charge even if they are suffering from cold. My mother underwent a coronary bypass surgery and these people made it extremely difficult and exhibited incorrigible behaviour . My sincere advise is to rethink before you make a decision to go ahead with this firm . Patients need supportive care morand not miseries in the form of caretakers by paying them!
