Nice one that building is TCS PIONEER. but I am not satisfied by the building management system some of the case I am satisfied but some cases I am no satisfied this is my personal opinion.i work on this company so can't talk about this company that's humiliating the company policy. thank you join the TCS .byyyy

While most of the companies in India are aiming towards employee satisfaction, TCS is making them work for 10 hours a day (Bengaluru, Whitefield Office). And this is without any Overtime. It is really sad to see people work here just for the brand. Their work timings are pathetic, and people are desperate and sad. Most of my friends work here and I have seen them so depressed. Their annual hikes are 8 % overall. But most importantly, the work hours. Who works for 10 hours a day in India? Only TCS employees. Every other company aims at employee satisfaction and a friendly environment. I'd never recommend this place because the management is busy making money, and employees keep quitting. TCS, one of the esteemed brands in India, actually doesn't care for it's employees. Hoping for a change. If not today, some day at least.
