Really fun and the people were nice even when some of my school was acting the eejit.

Great place to tire out the kids, staff are friendly and prices are ok, but make sure to book ahead not to be disappointed.

Its way better than all other arcades around Cork, and the Staff are really nice, food really nice, and plenty for tje kids to do.

Great for kids' parties. My son loved his 10th birthday there.

Not good for kids over 10 as it's just bouncy castles. No trampolines. Kids were done after 15 minutes and wanted to leave.
My sister in law had a toddler and I wasn't allowed in with her so we won't be returning as no chance for a chat for the mums.

Had a great time playing mini golf! Initially walking in the activity looked like it would be over in ten minutes, but it took us a little short of an hour. Different levels of difficulty and lots of laughs. It was a very warm day outside, so I was a little worried that an indoors activity would be stuffy, but it was lovely and cool, too. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely park! The kids had great fun. The staff's was very helpful and cautious when it comes to the safety procedures. The facility is very big and clean.

Nephews loved it a few Bureaucratic issues to cover themselves insurance wise, but what do you expect these days.

Great New edition 18 holes crazy golf and bowling .Food is great too .Staff are friendly and helpful

Toddler hour on Friday mornings, is great. Under 4's.

Went to the arcade side with my 2 teenage daughters and we had a great time

A nightmare before the kids even jump.
Staff behind the counter don t have a clue what they were doing. No benefits to booking online still have to check each child in. My 3 year old had to stay in a (boring area) his words. 3-4 year olds area is not great at all. I asked one of the girls could I bring him to the little play gym in the back which she told me no but 10 mins later I listen to her tell another parent to take the yellow bip off and bring them in. Definitely need more staff.

Great variety of agility, balance and confidence building exercises. A great hour of fun and games for the kids.

Staff member threatened to kick me out but i started balling crying and she left me stay in. I liked jumping into the blue bags cause i was like a frog and i said ribbit.

It is really good just hoping that they do gluten free!! It is really good though Ang good prices

The good: Had sons 7th bday party here and the kids loved it, food provided was nice with decent portions. Good parking and easy to get to.

The bad: The toilets were disgusting and obviously hadn't been checked or cleaned in a long time.. we had 1 toddler and he was restricted to a small area where his family weren't allowed to go play with him... We also had a 4 year old who wasn't allowed out with the rest unless supervised by a parent .. which is fine .. BUT THEY CHARGED because the parent was in the area even though he was just sitting down keeping and eye in his child, he had no interest in bouncing anywhere. The viewing area was uncomfortable and you'd to go up and down for drinks/food ..there was no option to put friends/families tea and coffees etc. on a tab.. our party room was occupied by another family who were told the wrong room then had to move.

Anyhow..the kids had fun ..but lots of room for improvement

Brought my 3 year ol to roddler area. He had a fantastic time.

If you have toddlers, avoid. Quite annoying registration process when you first arrive. And then the is only an extremely small toddler area with a handful of trampolines and 1 small foam pit, from which everything else is visible. This will trigger your toddler. Also don't bring strollers, there is no lift to go to the upstairs sitting area. And they only allow 1 hour playtime. I'm sure it's great for 5+ yo kids. Will update this review in around 1.5 years.

Good place but today BH Monday..kids groups are bigger as normal day. No chance to enjoy,kids need to wait to get to trampoline.. No qualified stuff to look and managed kids. One personnel staff instead of watch kids safety, chalking her nail and band on hair..
To many kids....

Great for the kids . Very safe & very friendly staff & the seating areas were spotless. Highly recommended

Ridiculous price.

50 euros for 3 kids, 3 bottles of water and 3 x socks as they not accepting black airtastic socks anymore... now they have changed to red once.
What is really disappointing that kids can't even use all of the activities that we paid for as we have been told there is only 2 staff members so they can't be everywhere so some of the activities are closed.
Overpriced and not worth it to pay that amount.
Definitely not for a big families.

Not as good as the trampoline. Boys did not enjoy it.

Nice fun for the Kids at a resonable price. Dying for the customers staff that is very friendly.

Kids loved it my daughter said staff were very strict in play area also I found staff I dealt with at cafe could have been better ignored at counter for long time while they chatted

Air-tastic was great before they changed the layout for kids and adults alike. The new setup is geared more towards 4 year olds, not 7 or 9 year olds. I also got to stay the front desk staff were at best not very friendly or helpful when we had to change from the old style socks to the new red ones

The tickets system for the games you play, spend ten euros to get a tiny treat and all games 1 euro for a few tickets robbery.

So the venue is nice but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. 25 for 2 kids to jump for an hour!!??

They ruined it by replacing fun trampolines with bouncy castles.

It was good before they removed the trampolines, but the arcade and bowling is good, though the arcade is overpriced, but sometimes the machines have coins already in them. Also, the food is mank.

Kids enjoyed it but the welcome desk is a nightmare. Surely they can streamline the waiver system and sign in!

Good parking very good for kids and enjoyable well worth the visit

would definitely recommend going if youre in the area and have an hour to spare

Busy busy..new airtastic is good but unless you have a wheelbarrow of money avoid the new section..claw machines etc

My daughter loved it. She had a birthday party there. Plenty of room upstairs for the adults to watch the craic. Worth a visit.

Very well organised. Almost vomited from all of the bouncing around but we'll worth a visit. (don't drink alcohol the night before you go... You shall regret it)

Excellent! Another trampoline park in Cork, Bounce-Zone, doesn't give such freedom as this.

Fun tastic!! I loved there were little mini games inside and not just only trampolines. Had a great time!!

Great place. Super fun for kids. My daughter had a birthday party there. All kids delighted. Highly recommended this place.

Kids had a ball. Bate out from it .four d it a bit expensive but there was a free play area for under 3s so it balanced out

Brilliant afternoon for the kids and they loved it.

Good spot but they take advantage of the school holidays and Jack up the price accordingly which is unfortunate

Kids loved it we are definitely going in ourselves next time

Very clean and not too busy. Pity that activities finish earlier in non term time but heh ho.

When following the guidance of a number of staff on the supervision of my child in the play area I was publicly pulled up by another staff member on direction of the management and my husband forced to pay for me even though I had been told I could supervise without payment. Embarrassing experience. I will not be back.

Kids were happy, but parents were not allowed to supervise them...

Went at a very busy time and the place was understaffed. Felt sorry for the staff who were lovely. Long wait at check in desk and coffee shop.
Agree with a previous review, the majority of kids at our session were under 9 so if you're thinking of going with slightly older kids i e.10 or 11, 12, it's not great.
Also had issues with trying to change the date/time of my online booking. I had to email in a request (not possible over phone) but never received a reply to my email so had to stick with the time on my original booking. When I got to the desk I was told that the booking had been changed as per my emailed request - but I never received confirmation of this.

Nice place to get the kids some fun and exercise. You can leave the kids and go for a bite or a bit of shopping in total peace of mind.

I took my 3 kids here today with 3 friends and their kids.apparently they have a very strict policy of not allowing drinks brought in.my friend tried to give her kids some water she had brought with her and was told by a man working there to put them into a locker and to buy some.my 3 yr old was looking for her juice.she only drinks summer fruit cordial which I gave her and a girl told me to put it back in my bag when she was finished.i asked what she was supposed to drink and she said they do orange cordial.my daughter doesnt drink orange.d waiting area is too far away from d play area.it's impossible to get d kids attention and you're not allowed in.my other 2 kids came out dying with d thirst cos they didnt know how to contact me to get a drink.d locker area is tiny for getting d kids ready.everyone is coming out at d same time and its just crazy.needless to say none of us will be going back.
