Went at a very busy time and the place was understaffed. Felt sorry for the staff who were lovely. Long wait at check in desk and coffee shop.
Agree with a previous review, the majority of kids at our session were under 9 so if you're thinking of going with slightly older kids i e.10 or 11, 12, it's not great.
Also had issues with trying to change the date/time of my online booking. I had to email in a request (not possible over phone) but never received a reply to my email so had to stick with the time on my original booking. When I got to the desk I was told that the booking had been changed as per my emailed request - but I never received confirmation of this.
