Nice and quiet place! Dolores was very helpful and make sure I'm getting all the info I need. She knows what she is doing and her knowledge is amazing which is crucial to make my decision. Definitely, I'm passing this on.
This apartment complex is the absolute worse. If you are looking to rent I highly advise you not to waste your time or money. Management is terrible. They don t like to fix things. You can hardly ever reach someone in the office. You pay extra money for a parking spot for people to park In your spot. They have a tow company that never seems to tow any cars. They tell you cars will be towed at owner expense, it s a lie. You call they never answer. They have a roach problem as well. The cops are always in the area.
Having to pay almost 2K monthly you would think these lazy mfs would accommodate tenants during snow storms. The whole complex is full of snow and NO precautions as far as putting salt down to prevent injury or accidents. Literally no excuse! Pathetic.

I want to thank Tanglewood Apts.for welcoming me to their community. I look forward to the experience. I want to thank the office staff Delores and Leslie for all their help in guiding me through the process. Delores was so helpful and kind ,when I had questions or need additional information she would call me with the answers.It was a pleasure having these two young ladies make my situation a pleasurable situation. I'm glad to be a new resident here at Tanglewood Terrace Apts.

The apartments are very beautiful, clean and the place is very quiet to live. Dolores was a very kind and very professional person in assisting us and giving us all the information we need to know about the departments. I recommend anyone who needs apartments to contact her.
I wasn t sure about renting an apartment at this location. I only need an apartment for a year so I decided to go ahead because of the location and cost. I just want to say Delores was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I also had a problem with a birds nest and they fixed it the day after I called. I am grateful this turned out great! Thanks to the team at Tanglewood :)
I went to check out the apartments for a family member, I would like to higly recommend it, the apartments are beautiful, great place to start a family. I couldn't be happier for all the assistance that Dolores provided me, she was wonderful, very efficient to details, she didn't let me go with out answering all my inquiries.
