Alex the salesman was great! Excellent customer service!

I purchased a car at Payless Car & Truck Sales in Mount Vernon seven months ago. The experience was so great, and the car has been such a cream puff, that after seven months of ownership I just have to write a review.

They had gone through the car mechanically, they were extremely honest on the condition of the car, they gave me a very fair price, and I am extremely likely to go back there for another vehicle. In fact, while I was there a woman came buy and finished her second car purchase from them. You should buy one there too!

I was very impressed with their honesty and transparency, and they knew their stuff mechanically. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This family business is so very awesome and will work with everyone and give a person a chance. They helped me when no one else would and I'm so grateful because now I'm done with my payments and my van is a nice vehicle for the price! Thanks Payless Car & Truck Sales.. I will continue to send people your way!

If you are looking for a used car with a limited budget, this is the no frills/gimmicks place to go! Bill is helpful and will try endlessly to find the perfect vehicle for your needs. A very straight forward and great experience.

Very untrustworthy selling cars they know are going to break to un suspecting people I feel bad for whoever buys there cars

Paid nearly 7000 $ for a car that has a kelly blue book value of 3900 $ Shame on me .

The Owner seems nice and straight forward enough ,son too .The other guy was not. It took months to get my title mailed too me .

But back to the other guy ,

He didnt mention any issues the car had when I asked him . He complained that the car I traded in needed a timing belt ,which I told him about when I traded it .

He said the car I was buying had no issues ,
Well the AC doesn t work (it was winter then and I didn t Check) and is a 900$
Fix,the compressor is shot . The battery went dead a week after I got it .

The car needs a new starter ,timing belt and is leaking oil .

About 3k in repairs , yeah I got ripped off .

That s my experience here .

These guys have helped me and my elder now86 year old grandmother several times when no one else would. On top of that price wise for lot prices not bad at all look around find out. THANKS GUYS SEE YOU ON THE 15TH

Very nice salesman the cars a little high mileage but pretty clean

This place is great. Was able to get one of my dream cars from them. They helped me out. They waited on me for few weeks cuase of work. Very good service ...everyone should go here for a car!!!

Had a great experience here and bought a really nice car. We got the car independently looked at before we bought it. Owners are really nice to work with.
