We are wrapping up 15 days in Germany, first time using a travel agent. Betsy and Jo were both amazing, helping us every step of the way and providing exceptional service. They were considerate of our budget, but found us great accommodations all over the country. They also provided good travel advice and promptly made a last-minute itinerary change per my request. Thanks to all of you at Tangerine for making our first trip to Europe a great one! We will be working with them again.

Excellent, friendly, personal service to meet all your travel needs. They have the resources that will put your DIY computer search or travel app to shame giving you the best options and advice. And if your needs change, they can make the adjustments happen for you so easily. I have used them for personal and group travel plans. They are the best.

This agency has planned four vacations for me and have always provided excellent service. When you walk into their office you feel like you are starting your vacation. They serve you your choice of beverage and seat you in a nice conference room.

I contacted TT late last week and was able to get a full service appointment today which included an in office consultation of upward of 30 minutes with Betsy, one of the staff agents. Betsy is amazing, she exudes knowledge and expertise on countries (in our case, Ireland) of interest, she has been there and has a palpable passion for travel. It was impressive overall, I went in very informal as it was hovering around 90 degrees, yet, despite my casual demeanor I was taken care of to my utmost satisfaction! Betsy is able and 110% willing to cut through the voluminous information that is out there (and there is a lot of it) and boil things down to what you both want and need, tempering raw information with true wisdom on the subject matter. I highly recommend checking them out! What's more, everyone in the Bothell and Kirkland area(s) should know that this is easy to find and has ample parking as well as a comfortable, relaxed, atmosphere inside as opposed to the stuffy little pressure cooker that many a travel agencies have now become in the age of DIY internet travel. This is a touch of class for sure!

I needed to make a flight change for an upcoming trip. I fully expected to have to talk to a recording at first but was pleasantly surprised to talk to an employee right off the bat. Renee was so kind and helpful, she fixed my problem in under 5 minutes and really put me at ease. I hope to have the opportunity to use Tangerine Travel again in the future!

I can't say enough about Tangerine Travel. All of the employees are so professional and incredibly personable. You can tell the level of service, plus experience they have in the travel industry. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Angie, who is one of the kindest, down to earth people you could come across! I will definitely be recommending Tangerine to my family and friends.

Had a nice talk with them. Very nice agents clearly knowledgeable, so I was looking forward to hearing back from them. But I think they are accustomed to much wealthier clients than me since I never heard back from them. It was very disappointing because they clearly had a lot to offer.

Their management is unprofessional and racially biased. After corresponding with one of their travel agents over the phone to book my trip; she was professional. She set up an appointment for me to come into their office and make a payment. When I showed up I met her boss who told me that she cannot complete the transaction because their company only caters to corporations and not personal travels. This is contrary to the information the show on their website.

It is really unfortunate that this type of attitude still exists.
