I was told my plant would have life time care since I got it here!! Thinking thay would work on fixing my plant, but in the end thay were just trying to sell me another bonsai. Disappointed that I didn't get the option to see if they can fix it, for what I was told thay would do and thay didn't do it. I just got it only 3 months, beware its not lifetime.
This nice man knows his bonsai for sure. Me and my girlfriend went here to buy some pots and he has as lot of bonsais all sizes and different trees. Very nice and helpful. I couldn't have found a better place to visit.
Robert is very knowledgeable and takes great care willing with the bonsai trees and educating customers so that the trees can thrive. There is a great selection of beautiful trees in multiple sizes and some much larger older trees that are just spectacular. I will be coming back here for all of my bonsai needs.

By far one of the most highly recommended places to go and check out if your interested in bonsai as a beginner or been in the bonsai world. Owner is friendly and has a great amount of bonsai. Not only that he offers help caring for your bonsai if you have any kind of problem, I mean any kind of problem as well as babysitting them while your out on vacation. I love this place and I'm always trying to find an excuse to come visit and look around. I usually end up picking up something if anything like supplies or whatever. Trust me, atleast visit the place and see how you think.

Love this place!! The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions when I was picking out my tree. Their green house is well laid out. The trees are grouped together according to age and pricing. They offer free care for your bonsai if it gets sick or if you're going out of town. If you are looking for a bonsai this is the place to go!!
I Highly recommend this place to my climbing arborist/garden enthusiast friends. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You will not find these products or level of customer service at any home improvement store or superstore garden center.

Knowledgeable and friendly owner helped me pick out the perfect trees that my family and I will enjoy for generations. He took his time, and I mean TIME (I am quite indecisive) to make sure I liked what I was getting. He decorated it with rocks and moss, and his business even babysits the plant if I go out of town. Meaningful gift. Glad to do business with them. He takes you to the huge greenhouse out back, with many varieties and sizes, indoor and outdoor.

I had bought a bonsai a few months ago but the leaves started to wrinkle (still green but wrinkled) me and my dad repoted my Sageretia theezans but it is still the same. Although nice prices nice people and great greenhouse. And plz someone if you no anything please tell what's wrong with my bonsai I miss her being healthy and green

Extremely expensive! Staff seemed nice enough, but wouldn't let me just look at plants before buying. They just kept trying to haggle with me about extremely expensive prices which I found out about only after I asked (nothing is marked)!

Robert, the owner, is very friendly and knowledgeable person. The place itself is more like a museum rather than a typical retail shop, so if you are interested in a tree just ask and friendly staff will enthusiastically describe the story of the tree. If you are new to bonsai art or already have some experience with it, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND VISITING THEM.
You're not just buying a tree, you're "buying" a friendship. I drove all the way from Seattle here to buy a bonsai because I checked online and it looks like this is the best place to buy an indoor bonsai. Robert Cho showed me around, and talked to me about the philosophy of bonsai. When I liked a tree, he asked me why, and what kind of development I would like to do with it, to see whether the tree was a good choice for me. If you are worried about traveling, then worry no more, because he offers to take care of it if you bring it to the shop. He is very honest, and I could tell that he really loves what he does, and his customers. The tree was actually slightly out of my budget, but I couldn't have been happier. And I'm going to his bonsai course next month!

Got my first bonsai here 16 years ago. Been hooked ever since. Great place to purchase indoor Bonsai. They do have some outdoor bonsai, but not as much care is given to the outdoor trees. Majority of the indoor stuff is the same style, and variety. Still, if you are looking to get someone a gift of bonsai, this is a great place to start.
