Great place, really friendly and helpful. Everything for my sons party was set up before we arrived and nothing was too much trouble - even making chicken goujons when I found out one of the boys didn't like burgers at the very last minute. Really easy to book and professionally run. I definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon.

Having only ever driving the Sodi karts we tried the faster one and OMG were they faster, actually scared the outta me the first few laps !! Great fun though and a very nice venue !

First time in the D-max karts. Really impressed. Staff friendly, customer service excellent. Covid precautions in place are excellent too.

Absolutely brilliant track layout with some very challenging flat out corners and elevation changes. Newish karts which are great to drive and surprisingly comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend it as one of the best venues in the UK.

I've done alot of go carting this was the best so far

A fast, flowing track that is great fun to drive. Only faults I can find are that it is quite bumpy in places and the end of the lap is a bit tight and slow. The staff are easy going and made for a really good race with great competition. I highly recommend this track and will be going back again sometime.

InKarts is an awesome experience for children of all ages

It's a nice place to be honest, the track is good, karts are quick well maintained, I would be careful with booking they offer a non refund policy which doesn't help and the staff just seem to pass it on to the sales team.

First time outdoors was in the wet on DMAX karts - haven't had that much fun in a long time.
Facilities are among the best I've seen at any track and the lap timings are also quite detailed.
Suits and helmets seem to be in good condition - If you're there for a first karting experience or in a less "mindful" group make sure you wear a neck brace too.

Go to Daytona Milton Keynes instead. It's way better.

I write this review in response to the owners reply to a previous review left by a friend of mine regarding our recent experience at the track.

The owners have been very dishonest about the situation and have clearly no other response other than to call us liars. Pathetic.

The karts supplied have been ran into the ground and had very little maintenance, the performance of the individual karts are so varied that it is impossible to have a fair race with your party.



My second kart, ran far worse than the first kart and completely cut out on the main straight within minutes. I was helped by a single female member of staff (the only member of staff who actually appeared concerned about customer satisfaction) who pushed me all the way back to the pits on her own as many other Male members of staff stood there and watched!

Upon arrival to the pit lane, my original kart was sat there running and they expected me to go back out in it! I explained again that this would not be happening and I would be grateful of a refund considering I hadn't actually completed a lap in a decent kart.

I was then told quite aggressively that refunds were not an option. I asked in reception to speak to the manager, and again was met with some aggression from the members of staff behind the counter.

After waiting over 20 mins to speak with the manager, I did request that there would be some sort of compensation for the whole party as everyones experience was ruined because we could not all race together. I never asked for a full refund as they have stated.



I had been to this track previously and had a great experience, however this only makes the whole situation more frustrating as we did not receive the same experience as I had before.

I sincerely hope the owners can accept some responsibility in the future and not resort to calling there customers liars when it appears they have no way to defend them selfs.

If your not put of by this review and still intend on visiting, I would strongly recommend you stick to the sodi karts as they appear to have actually had some maintenance at some point in there lives.

Great track, well organised, pricey but worth it to be honest. Good day had by all but only finished 5th out of 16.

We had a team building evening with karting and the barbecue option for the meal. Everything ran smoothly. Although they were busy they were very organized, gave an excellent briefing and racing commenced. We had a wide mix of abilities but everyone who participated had a great time. The karts were nice and powerful and the Marshalls were very professional. We can't wait to go again!

Great place for kids and adults alike. Good sized teack and good safety in place. Ideal for get together or party ect.

Fantastic track and karts, was able to sort out an exclusive Sodi sprint race with them with no hassle and everything went great. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Had a childrens Birtday party there and it was fantastic from start to finish. Very well organised and the Staff are all great.

Best go karting track I've been to ... period!
If you are competitive I would advise to study the track and how to take the turns prior to coming.(check their website)
Otherwise you will be left frustrated like me....

If it's wet waste of time kart just skids . It's a good looking track so waiting to go in the dry

Fast go karts and a good track. It's a busy set up though so you will be racing strangers. My friend got lumbered with a useless kart.

The Staff are helpful and very willing to help and assist the amenities clean and just what you would need at a Go Kart track Great place for a thrilling experience.

Go karts are faster here than most other go kart tracks.
Very looked after too.
Also in a very nice, peaceful location

Took my lad here for the DMAX. Ive not been on here yet... but it looks a challenging circuit and have a good covid system going off too with their helpful friendly staff.

Fantastic place for a big group to go for karting. Really enjoyed my day out there.

Brilliantly fun but the carts were a little bit small for me.

Dmax karts a must for any experienced fast karter!! Silly quick compared to 390cc

It's a rush! One of the only Karting places in the midlands here you are the limitingfacto and no the kart. Still haven't managed to go flat out on the top corner ifyou enjoy Kartling, you'll love this place!
Oh and the staff are fantastic as well!

Terrible service for the money. My engine cut out four times during a race and killed any competition. I asked why it was happening and was just sent back onto the track.

I raised the issue afterwards and the staff just fumbled for any excuse, refused to accept that their fault (the engine idled too low) caused my enjoyment to be completely ruined. They blamed it on the rain (though it did not affect any other car on the track).

Then they just mumbled and ushered me out the door.

It's a great place to go and race. I have been a couple of times now and have found it to be well run, the staff courteous and friendly and have thoroughly enjoyed both occasions, in fact I have booked to go again this week taking some friends. Would highly recommend

Pros:

1) Great atmosphere and a well maintained venue.

2) Attentive, professional and friendly staff.

3) Brilliant track and karts**



Cons:

1) Telemetry can be hit and miss sometimes which subsequently impacts your 'official' position if competing in an actual race.

2) There's definitely a couple of tired SODI karts within the pack which is substantiated by the slower 'best' lap times they produce**

3) Lighter drivers have a huge advantage over those who are heavier; it's not an over-statement to say someone weighing around 10 stone is up to 2 seconds a lap faster than someone weighing 17+ stone. Maybe more could be done to balance the playing field because there's just no way to beat a lighter non-beginner in lap times which also means heavier drivers can't fairly compete for prizes.

That said, I will definitely continue to use Daytona Tamworth because it is a great venue - just don't expect to win if there's a thin karter in his own gear on the track with you

Myself and my co-workers entered a business league for competeing against other companies . On the day we came 2nd and were entered through to the final which was due to take place in September 2017 . We never received an invite even thought I still get emails from them about future promotions . On the day they are happy to take your money . But not to receive our invitation to the finals only let me think one thing . That Daytona were only happy to take our companies money there and then. Had we have received our invitation to compete in the finals I would have had no gripes . But as a business manager , I wouldn t bother . Massive let down. They will take your money and run .

Amazing track, fast cars and facilities! Love it so much we're already planning multiple future trips! Awesome

Fantastic day with great staff -amazing cars and a stunning track

Good night was had by all, a bit scary for the girls but they did it.

We were here for a special 2 hour indurance event.
The track is pretty good however certain parts could do with re-surfacing because they are incredibly bumpy. The kerbs need maintaining and re-painting.

The karts were okay but look like they have been through some tough times, the plastic trims rattle and bounce arround.

But we still had a good time.
