New management need to step up! all good people who lived in this building for over 10 years has left. Over 10 apartment's available (waiting time for an appartment in this building used to be around 1 year) gym equipments are outdated. Outdoor area/kids entertainment equipments are old, damaged, filthy and the table tennis is damaged. Maintenance team/ security team not as sharp or alert due to cost cutting. I see cockroaches in corridors. Garbage rooms smell within the corridors. Restrictions on families only residence has been loosened as I see more single people or more than one family occupying one appartment. Management must invest in building facilities, maintenance, security, and hygiene. I see it slowly turning to what next door building looks like! What a shame!

This place could use a bit of fixer upper. It houses a great Korean restaurant. Yes also a barber's shop. Easy parking and good location.

One of the best Apartment buildings ever built in Dubai.

Very elegant place to stay .They have huge rooms and Balconies .

I have a video and cars are going out and security is not sitting young guy maybe 30 years

It has got Gym, children's playground, swimming pool, squash court, table tennis, Jacuzzi, Sauna.

Ample location. Has commercial and residential blocks. Parking available AED 3 for 1st hour. AED 4 for every other hour.
