Tallassee Septic Service Review

Called about a service on 2 different occasions. 1st rime took several attempts of calling with trying to get on their route. 2nd time was this week. Called Tuesday for a service. Was told could get to me this week to call friday to remind. So i message thursday night for confirmation. Then Friday at 8:30am i got a message he would be here after lunch. Nobody is here hasnt been here and doesnt look like anyone is coming. No answer when i call and not response to text. Not very professional habits. So i guess my kids and i have/will be smelling poo all week and weekend. Thanks kenny for your poor customer service! My children and i appreciate it!

I was rather nervous to reach out after reading the other reviews. But I have to say, they were very friendly and came out to us the same day in just a few hours. Very professional. I will be using them again.

I should have believed the poor reviews, but I was hopeful that I would be one of the "lucky" ones and I could get service as promised. Unfortunately, I was not so lucky. I always try to utilize local businesses, and I've had mostly good results. So it is with great disappointment that I DO NOT RECOMMEND Tallassee Septic Tank Service. I expected service last week and, after rearranging my schedule in order to be home for service, no one showed up. I even texted early in the day and was texted back confirming that he would be here after 2. Additionally, he was going to drive by my place earlier in the week to make sure he had the proper equipment for my system--he did not come by. I do not like being lied to. I sent a very polite text the following day because I wanted to give him a chance to explain what happened and hopefully do the right thing. It's been 4 days and I still haven't heard back. In my opinion, Tallassee Septic Tank Service does not respect its customers.
I have arranged for another nearby septic service to perform the maintenance I am seeking. I will update this review with references to this other business after they perform the work.
Update: Please see my review of the company who actually showed up and got the job done-- Garner Grading & Septic, LLC. They were awesome and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Just wanted to say thanks for taking care of us again this year. Called early and they came out the same day. Great and fast service. Very friendly staff and the guys are professional. We will call again when needed. Thanks a lot.

I have reaching out to Kenny going on 3months to service my rental property and he will tell me he will be there on this day or another and never shows up, I repeatedly call and no answer until a few days went by, can't leave voicemail because it's full and he will not answer my text messages, I will will not recommend there service
