Erica Lemay is by far the worst person I have ever tried to work with. Good luck getting a response from them. I am trying to figure out how much they had to pay for these positive reviews. I have never once spoken to anyone who has anything positive to say about them. Horrible dos not even begin to describe it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DESPICABLE ORGANIZATION!!!

tl;dr asked for an exception to a new parking policy due to my parents being stuck with us during COVID-19, was ignored, and then received the below passive-aggressive response on a towing tag shortly after my 2nd attempt to get a reply from them and have yet to receive any email response.

Towne Properties recently changed their parking policy in my neighborhood, and I reached out as soon as it was announced via email to ask for an exception, as my parents are in the country for a few months and were stuck at our house due to COVID-19 along with their car.

After two weeks and no response from them, I reached out again to give them another chance to reply, as I was worried my parents car would be towed while I was waiting for a response.

Apparently Towne Properties read my email and thought that the proper way to respond to a courteous exception request is via passive-aggressive notes left on towing notices, instead of actually replying to an email that spelled out the need clearly for them.

I have yet to hear back from them via email, but have reached out again to let them know how poorly this reflects on their customer service.
