Great facility! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I was contacted by a representative, Donovan, back in November 2019 for a temporary position. She was very professional yet down to Earth and so easy to talk to. She forwarded my information to the prospective company and had an in person interview set up within days. I was so nervous, I called her after the interview and she was so positive and supportive that I quickly felt at ease. I ended up being offered the position and happily accepted. I had interactions with other TM employees who walked me through the on-boarding process. At times, it was confusing but they were more than happy to help make sure all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Since that time, Donovan has been in my corner and checks in with me regularly to see how things are going and if I'm still loving my position. I have been very pleased with my experience with TM and feel confident that will continue! Unless, of course I am offered full time permanent employment with my assigned employer! Jason P was nothing less than great in every step of the job process through setting up interviews, making sure the background checks were completed in a timely manner and constantly offering support in any way that I needed. I have done a lot of contract work with different agencies , 13 in fact over the past five years (I checked) and by far my best experience has been with Tailored Management , specifically Donovan G. I have never felt like a number ( as I did with many) they have ALWAYS been honest and upfront with me and overall the communication has been excellent.Any issues with pay ( I had 1) was addressed and corrected in 24 hours.
I actually get treated like a human being rather than a number. Highly recommended. And all this happens even when I can sometimes be a bit annoying :))

My contact at Tailored Management she has been great. Jennifer H. has been a pleasure to work with. I have had some issues with HR and payroll which i am not happy with. The system was not linking to the contract job i am with so I didn't get paid and I was told well too bad we will get it fixed. During the whole time my rent was late and put me out an additional 110 dollars that due to their system and me doing everything correctly and on time i was told they weren't reimburse anything and that it was my problem. I am a single mother of 2 and I'm sure you can imagine how important 110 dollars can you.
