Easy people to work with when booking and the home was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

My family and I are very disappointed in the level of service that Kathy and her team have provided. We had to cancel our summer trip, and did so within the stated cancellation policy dates on VRBO and Kathy refused to issue us a full refund. I left messages and texts and they never bothered to respond. I would never rent through this company again!

I would give this zero stars if I could. Be careful. The bottom review by Kathy Liebhardt is phony. She's not a customer, she's the owner. And she lacks scruples. She lies and makes it quite difficult to get your money back even if you cancel within the allotted time. You're much better off dealing with a more reputable person.

We rented out a place in Tahoe for NYE 2020. With cleaning deposit we paid over $3400. With the Governor mandate it became illegal to stay there, so of course we requested a refund. It's right in the contract that if the place is not available they will process the request. I call, was greeted by a very rude an arrogant woman who informed me "she knew the Mayor" and that she would be rented it regardless and refused a cancellation. So I emailed the Mayor asking if they could guarantee our stay with the order. Someone was coming from out of State and obviously could not afford to be stranded (in case anyone was worried we have all been working from home and isolating). A City Council Member replied stating that yes, in fact the order needed to be upheld and that businesses were at risk of losing their license for non-compliance. Forwarded that exact email to the property manager and still they say they don't care and refuse to comply with state laws and will continue to rent this property and several others in violation of the order.

What a great place to deal with, and they answer the phone, houses are very clean! Top shelf style of homes. Easy process!!
