I am speaking to future TAGERIM buyers, think carefully, I read a lot of reviews on the Tagerim company before buying and yet today they are 2 years late on the delivery of our PATIO VERDE accommodation in Haubourdin, yes you read that correctly 24 months late !! We are 32 owners !! Notarial deed signed at the end of 2017 for delivery in the last quarter of 2018.
Today in March 2021 we have no contact for more than a year, no response to registered letters and that is not the worst! A loan is valid for 3 years, the monthly payments therefore began in December 2020 without receiving our rents .... TAGERIM still has the same argument it is not our fault it is the fault of the failure of the subcontracting companies! 24 months late !!!! No technical visit, no choice of materials as agreed ....... no delivery date to date desolation, anger and hatred FLEE, avoid off-plan purchases

Never an answer ... looking for an apartment in Rambouillet I see their advertisements posted on all the sites I call I fall on mailbox I send emails I never have any answers but hey obviously I am far from '' being the only one and that does not surprise me ... I do not even imagine the follow-up of their tenants afterwards ...

I am scandalized by your lack of professionalism! No follow-up! No answer ! No return ! And this despite our multiple emails and calls!

So it's been 9 months that our apartment has a non-functional kitchen!

But what remains most deplorable is the contempt with which you treat your customers!

We are looking for people who have bought a property on the Millenium program in Cormeilles en Paris. More than 9 months late following a supplier bankruptcy and 6 more months under COVID pretext (for a 1.5 month shutdown for containment). We've been walking around for months, recently announcing a pre-delivery in December with delivery in January 2021, now it will be pre-delivery in January for delivery in February ... in short, lies upon lies which adds up to all the problems on the site ... modifications accepted not respected, error in the installation of the tiles, on the installation of radiator, damaged materials posed and so on. Suffice to say that there will be reservations if we are ever delivered.
I absolutely do not recommend this promoter! They disgusted us with buying something new and if we had to do it again I wouldn't choose them.

We are looking for buyers on the Millenium program in Cormeilles en Parisis.
We also received the delivery date of the apartments and it is 7 months late for 1 month 1/2 to stop work !!! In addition to the 9 months delay already existing before !!!

I strongly advise against investing in an apartment with this promoter. The Coeur de Marne residence was "delivered" in December 2019, 4 months late. If only we could call it a delivery we wouldn't have taken the delay into account. To make a lesson, after 7 months in our apartment, we still discover beautiful surprises: gas leak, cracks on floors and walls, acoustic standards that are not respected, water leaks, balcony in poor condition ... Good sure the promoter answers us when he wants and always with the same answer: "workers will come in the coming weeks." (FYI, at Tagerim, the weeks are counted in months because at the moment nothing has changed) In short here is a very small overview of what awaits you if you buy from Tagerim.
