I have delivered here for the past few years and have no complaints. Always friendly and very fast unloading.
They make the Leer truck caps, and look great. Lots of models and colors to choose from.
One of worst experiences I ever had as a customer with a company. Ordered the Leer truck cap through a reputable dealer and when it arrived, it couldn't even be attached to the truck bed due to poor construction. Dealer took pictures and sent them to Leer explaining problem. TAG or Leer wouldn't do anything and didnt believe the dealer. They ignored the problem for 10 days and only decided to build another one after dealer complained. I needed this truck cap by July 11, 2019 for a trip and still hasn't arrived with the replacement. Horrible customer service and arrogant too!!!

I called the number provided on this page. The lady helped me the best she could about my technical questions for the Jeep Gladiator topper. She provided me with several distributors in the area. I asked for an engineer and was forwarded to a VM. Left a detailed VM. Tech support from California was very helpful in making my decision along with a stop at a dealership. After seeing a new Sahara Jeep with the updated removable top I am intrigued to see if this will be like the Leer topper for the Jeep Gladiator. Thank you for the support! I look forward to seeing more photos of your product!
Wish i could give them less than 1 star. Bought a tonneau cover for a customer of mine. 1 week in he has issues with the way it opens and its already started breaking. Ive called in around 10 times, when i finally got a call back from the girl in customer service she was rude and short with me. Finally got ahold of a gentleman named Scott who handles RMA thru distributors and he told me to email him a copy of my invoice and a picture of the customers serial # tag. That was 4 days ago and i have yet to hear back from anyone despite numerous phone calls and email. Do yourself a favor and go buy an extang cover the people who work here are bums and treat the customers like they wont take their truck accessory business elsewhere
I have had four pickups and four Leer toppers. My current is a 2002 Chevy with a Leer tonneau cover I bought right after I bought the truck.A couple of years back, the paint started peeling off. I checked my "Limited" lifetime warranty and this was covered and acknowledged by a rep of Leer. I could not find my original sales slip. I sent Leer a picture of the metal name plate attached to the cover, which should identify me as the original owner. That was not good enough. I guess Leer doesn't care that my peeling cover is a rolling testimony to the quality one can expect over time.
I work here and not only do I like the company , but the people who work here also . I also had open heart surgery only 4-5 months of working for them . My job is being held . I worked for them over 20 years ago also , and I feel blessed to be employed by them again. Also the quality of our product is not checked by only one person , but each and every Dept .
