The service was really excelling and was I was greeted with welcoming and friendly staff

I drove up to the drive through and they just mumbled words at me so I ordered and went to the window and when they took my card they weren t paying attention to me they were having their own conversation about non work related stuff and then after he forgot to ask me half the things he s suppose to like sauces if I want my receipt which I did and never got it s small negligent things that make fast food in pleasant I get it working 8 hrs not talking to anyone may be hard but I have adhd and work 10 hr shifts not talking to a single soul so it can t be that hard just saying my one burrito should ve been easy with no mistakes but Denise obviously didn t train anyone there.

Their menu has lots of options and the quality is good for the price. The employees are courteous and seem eager to fulfill orders quickly and accurately.

The hippy stoner looking guys with the arm tattoos cooking there on Friday looked suspicious (sly grins) when they were making my quesadilla. Sure enough, I left with my to go order and my first slice of quesadilla was good. I immediately spit out this first bite of the second slice. It tasted like armpit sweat smells.
I was in Cheyenne two days. The ladys and the black kid on the first day (Thursday) made good food. Those hippy looking white guys (I am white btw) enjoy tainting the food of people they believe wont be there to say anything later.

Its employees were ok, they seemed kind of impatient, but other than that, the food was served fast and it was delicious!

I usually get better food and service than I did tonight.

Had a wonderful laugh with the pearson who took my order lol 66 quesadillas she made my day

Normally not a bad place to eat, but tonight after getting our our, I am not impressed. Order was completely wrong. Missing items from our Order and everything made incorrectly. I do not recommend.

Fun Fact Taco John's was founded and has its headquarters in Cheyenne, WY

It's good food! There are not any in California so when in Cheyenne we come to taco johns.

Food was cold and the meat grease was hard all the way through the taco. I ordered a hard taco and I received a grease taco. Worst nasty food I ever attempted to eat

I've been really impressed with all the taco johns. Love getting two hard tacos any chance i get!

After frequenting this location for a number of years, I will not be returning.

If you want an accurate order and decent service, you'd better look elsewhere - you'd probably have better luck with a busted pay phone and a pair of chimps working the register.

At least I got my money back, but I still wasted 20 minutes of my time I could have used to get actual food!

The food and service is good and not too expensive.

My order took forever! In fact the guy that took my order was either high or just stupid. And when he talked I had to ask him three times to speak up. Come on......

Drive through personal can be a little friendlier instead of rushing people.

They have changed everything on the menu, all the favorites are gone and adjusting ingredients was troublesome

Forgot my nacho cheese. Then I had to sit in like for a while and then they didnt even say sorry not coming here again

Taco John's was clean and people were friendly. Food was pretty good, but it's not as cheap as Taco Bell.

This place is great. Staff are polite, pleasant, and professional.

Almost every time I go to that store there's something wrong with my order like today I went in and got the $5 meal I got the meat and potato meal with the small hash brown and small drink they ended up giving me the Bravo meal just little stupid mistakes like that they don't pay attention enough to

This location gets a 4, cause the staff is pretty friendly. However, this location is usually pretty slow in serving up its food.

Didn't care for the cold food coming out of the drive thru but staff was Friendly an fast!

If you order more then 2 items, don't bother. On several occasions, I have ordered plain crunchy tacos from this establishment, and been shorted at least half of my order. It only takes a first grade education to count past 3, and these guys can't handle it. When called, they are unable or unwilling to correct their mistake, only telling me to call back when the general manager is available. I would not recommend going here, as you'll only get conned out of your money without getting what you actually ordered.

Would give more stars if they ever got our order right. I can understand messing up an order when your really busy things can get confusing. But every single time...come on..really?? Its always something, wrong drink, wrong food, missing food, added extra of something i asked to leave off. Amd its only every this location. Any other taco johns ive been to i dont have this issue.

Went through the drive through and doubled checked my ordered and had to go inside because they had forgotten to give me everything I had ordered. The food wasn't all that warm. I like taco John's but tonight wasn't as good of an experience as I usually have. Hope next time is better.

I had never been to Taco John's before (don't have it in PA). The food was great, service was fast--and really nice, too. Plus, they let me get my order without meat - no problem at all. Will go back!

Used to be great, but lately their food is subpar & the employees have that "wish I worked somewhere else" look on their faces. Sad.

Had steak tacos, three pieces of meat in each. Will never go back.

Food is a little better than some of the other Taco John's, just don't go to the express on Dell Range and Ridge

Good food, but I should have checked my order. Ordered 12 tacos , only had 8 in the bag.

Management didn't want to correct an issue I had with something simple that was mixed on the order but an employee offered to make it right. Great staff!

It has currently been levelled for remodeling. As of 4-28-2019

One of my absolute favorite places to eat in when I'm in town. Live the flavors of everything from the tacos to the potato oles! and they always accommodate my requests when I am on my way home. From extra sauce, to extra seasoning to making it fresh.

Our order was large. Everything was there except they forgot the Pico.. I will use them again but I will check the bag more thorough next time. Pretty good food on everything else. Taco Johns is ok.

Taco John's has previously been my favorite fast food Mexican restaurant. However this last visit has put me over the edge. I ordered a simple taco and an order of mexi rolls. Those mexi rolls used to be the best. Now they are about half the size they used to be and are filled with some refried bean mixture and very little if any meat. They are a total a total waste. Very sad to see them go so way down hill.

Excellent as always. I live outside Wyoming where there is no Taco John's. Whenever I come back to Wyoming I have to get a Super Potato Ole at Taco John's. Simply the best!

Spent $25 in the drive thru last night, got home and our order was wrong. They forgot a hard shell taco, charged us for a combo burrito, but gave us a plain bean burrito. Unfortunately, this happens to us regularly. Time to stop eating at this Taco Johns.

Worst customer service ever...rude worker in drive through

Food was stale, you could tell it had just been sitting there! Not fresh at all.

I stood at the counter for a minute and a half and finally had to say something to somebody to come up and take my order then as I went to a place to sit down I had to clean my own table and they brought me my food wanted to try the new Taco then when I went to get some jalapenos and some condiments the condiments they did have look like they've been in there for the same container for a month and they had no jalapenos and they were rude when I asked him about it will not eat at the Taco John's in Cheyenne Again

Seems like the prices keep going up but the food is ok I guess.

You can tell the staff are hard working , even as young as they are . There smiles are welcoming too. I love the size of the parking lot and the double exit and entrance.
