I hate the meat spice they use in their tacos. I will only eat their potatoes olay.

Usually this place is great but lately they've been slipping. Half the time we don't get our entire order or they take forever to bring you your food which is cold by that point. It's happened multiple times over our past few trips there.

The potatoes oles were too salty. I couldn t eat more than two. This is the second Taco John s in cheyenne that was nasty. I will never eat Taco John s again.

Took 20 min from when I placed my order tell when we finally got our food. Then on top of that they forgot a potato. Not happy :(

When I went to order the guy did not know how to take an order. I told him I wanted a b2 for my daughter and he gave me a b2 instead. I also asked for a meal on my b1 and her gave me a burrito, drink and oles separate so I had to pay more. Then I left and realized we never got our drinks. They need to hire people and teach them how to actually take an order correctly. I will not be going back until they can have people who know what they are doing.

Waited 13 minutes in the drive thru and found an item in our bag that we didn't order torn in half. Photos attached

Ok flavor, grease was dripping out of our tacos, but the price was good and this was our first visit. Would try again if craving tacos and passed by one of these.

Guess they are selling half portions for full price today.

Always, always, always delish!! A must go to when we visit!

I tried calling and they act like they're in a hurry to hang up... the phone kept cutting out and no apologies.

Food can be good, when it is fully cooked. Gotten a few cold meals from them before.

First Taco John's I have ever been to and I gotta say the food here makes you crave it literally the next day. Eating here regularly now and don't intend to stop

I know working Fast Food is fat from posh, but there are just some things where you can help but wonder what the manager is doing.....

The gentleman at the window was nice at least, and he offered his apologies, but he still seemed lost...

Go to the Carey Ave location, I ve never had an issue there.

Usually pretty fast and good! Sometimes they're behind but I go here often.

It was great!! I felt so bad though we made a mess. They helped us pick it up.... well kinda, one lady at the front just kind of stood there and stared while we cleaned it up. It ok though another person helped us. We got it cleaned up needless to say. Food was great I love how small medium and large sizes actually are small medium and large!!!!

Bummed to learn that nothing is truly made there any more. The hot sauce used to be made at the store now just like everything it comes in on a truck. The seasoned beef tastes very different from the last time I was there.

I grew up around Taco Johns, I can't expect it to stay the same, but with its high prices, I did expect the food to stay fresh.

I've always loved Taco John's! Breakfast burritos are my favorite, but lately they've gotten smaller. I love hard shell or soft shells but again getting smaller. I still love the flavor but cut down the grease and be generous. People will come back!

Service was quick. Food was good.. love the potatoe oles... Restaurant was clean.

I love taco John's! I wish they had these all over the Midwest. Whenever i come to Wyoming, I have to stop here. Especially for the the potato oles

We went here on a cold and icy night, but Razzle Dazzle was so friendly and kind even my 15 year old commented on it. He made our experience pleasant. We will definitely be back for that kind of customer service!

Awesome place to eat and stay cool for the summer time

I like they have been improving with costumer but they have to improve in making sure the oder is correct and everything is in the bag.

Love my taco John's, you can still get taco burgers, just ask.

My family and I went to this location tonight and they treated us terribly. When we got home which is 20 minutes away from this location half of our order was wrong. When we got back to this store they argued with us about it being wrong despite having a receipt. After fighting with them for another 20 minutes we finally got the right order, but they refused to comp us for their mistake or refund us in any way. I won t be returning to this location ever again. There are others in town that provide such better service, don t go here unless you want problems.

Food always made WHEN YOU ORDER SO ALWAYS FRESH. Wait time short. Lot's of dining space. Try all the various sauces, many quite appetizing.

I have currently been waiting in line for twenty minutes and theres still three cars in front of me. There were five when I got here.

I was in drive thru for around 30 minutes. I don't know if people called out or what but it took days

I like Taco Johns. This is my favorite location. Go there. Get the nachos.

Potato Oles...and Taco Tuesday, a tradition with me since 7th grade walking home from school.

It's a great place to grab a different style of tacos if your tired of taco bell. The food has a bit more quality, and the potato olays make it feel more like a full meal. Service is usually good, although I have had an order or two messed up. Potato olays can also be too salty.

Great hometown restaurant. Grew up on this food, worked there a few times too. Love the potato oles. Reasonable prices.

Recomended for those who like Taco John's restaurants. In my opinion, best one in town. Especially now with the updated building.

Fast service, even when line was long. Food was hot and fresh.

It was a great place for quick food. Tore it down and expanding is happening now. Can't wait till it opens.

Always check your order prior to leaving the drive thru! I ordered a breakfast burrito and small potato ole. They failed to give me my potatoes. Ugh

Old review from about 7 months ago...

We had takeout breakfast today. The breakfast burritos were good and so were Mexican style donuts. The bad part was that about half of the potato oles in both of the medium containers were dry and hard. I think you over cooked them Taco Johns. Everything else was fine. You need to watch your cooking time on those potato oles Taco Johns. Those potato oles were also on the cold side. All of us who tried them were disappointed.

I gave them another chance today around 9:30 am which was about 7 months since my first above review. The order was made OK accept the coffee came up empty after filling my cup about half way. I asked the girl working the cash register to finish filling up my cup. The coffee behind the counter was also empty. She had to make to make a new pot. I did not have time to wait for the coffee to be made and I also did not have time to wait for a refund since they were helping another customer. Its seemed that they were a bit short handed for a Sunday morning. But then what do you expect from low ball trash can level wages that no body could even afford to alone pay their rent. Plus I suspect it might be like most other fast food places where management has a habit of screaming, yelling, and even insulting their workers. While I have not seen this bad treatment of employees at this store it is certainly very typical of most fast food places. Is it any wonder that fast food places have all new employees every few months or even every few weeks. BTW, while I was waiting for my order TWO other customers came up to the cash register one right after the other with complaints. One did not there guacamole and the other did not get their sour cream on their food. So that was at least three mistakes over less than 15 minutes while I was waiting for my food. Taco Johns you just lost another star. BAD TACO JOHNS!

Best taco John's in town. Whenever I have a hankering for taco John's, this is the place I go.

Too bad they stopped selling full churos and rice meals.

I went there at 10:30am this morning for a carry out order. All 4 of us were hungry this morning. Everything was made perfect. Everybody liked their breakfast. A good job today. You get a five star rating from me today.

Usually our food is real good but yesterday my husband ordered a steak medium rare and it was cooked well done. Also we ordered a appetizer and never got it. When we questioned the waitress she said she forgot to put the order in. Waitress never came back to the table after we received our food.

A newly remodeled store so it's nice and clean. Nice staff. Food was hot, quick, and as ordered

We order to go at least twice a month. This time around I ordered the chicken street tacos. I was not impressed.... they were COLD. I understand they have cold toppings but the chicken was colder than the lettuce and tomatoes. I will not order these again. I've heard from other about these being too cold as well, I should've listened. The service is always good and the wait is not bad.

They were pretty busy and took them 24 minutes to get the food but It was good. Store looked clean just need a few more employs and a little more training.

Very slow, food is average at best, and they jacked up the prices. I paid 12 dollars for 2 burritos that took them 20 minutes to make and they tasted off. Would not recommend.

I ordered 12 crispy tacos through the drive thru and only received 11 when I opened the bag at home. . .
The food is awesome but this type of customer service is unexcuseable. . .
Folks need to hold up the traffic in line just to be sure they have filled your order correctly. . .
