I get almost all of my fishing (rod, reel, lures) from TW...they are price competitive, ship fast and accurately...a "reel" pleasure to order from.

Please update your info. Just drove over 45 minutes to find out your shop is closed. Ruined my fishing trip.

To say that I LOVE TW is absolutely an under statement, the pricing is highly competitive, the shipping is fast and it does not take much to get to the free shipping. I have had issues/concerns in the past and had to contact CS, you get a live body and they are very helpful - with surprisingly early/late hours of availability. Order over 150.00 net you a free t-shirt, I have several and have given a couple away as well. The site and products are more suited for BASS fishing, but a great place for terminal tackle - and the 30 days of Christmas promo is usually going to have something you need/want at a once in a year price point.

My go to for buying tackle. Best prices i could find anywhere. Customer service is great, i was missing one item. within 10 min of sending an email telling them the issue. Tackle Warehouse had sent me a email saying that my item was on the way. Only thing i wish they would do, is switch to FedEx over UPS. UPS can never find my address for some reason, and they seem extremely slow when delivering your items.

If you're planning a fishing trip and you want to have your new gear sent to a different address then your billing information don't bother they can't do it. What a load they said it's their security policy if the addresses don't match they can't ship. I'm not sure I'll be ordering from here again and say bye bye to the $500 order I just tried placing

I have been shopping here for over 2 years and honestly I want shop anywhere else. Great prices and fast shipping on all orders over $50.00. Also have to mention that they support us veterans and give us a 10% discount on all orders. Thanks Tackle Warehouse you guys rock!!!! I wish i lived next door to you guys as i would never leave! Keep up the great work you guys do for the fishing community!! Tight Lines!!

Absolute best. Best tackle selection at a great price. They have it all and the free shipping on orders of $50 or more has me ordering everything from Tacklewarehouse. I can't remember the last time I ordered something from Bass Pro Shops. Don't need them anymore.

Online service and delivery is fast and reliable. The prices are on par with most other shops.

They seem to have a better variety of tackle, lures and baits that you can't find in some of the retailers.

horrible customer care, payed thru paypal then they said transaction not completed then payed with card. they charged me twice. then never shipped my items, what a joke. horrible customer care, will take my business elsewhere. still waiting on my refunds 7 days later. look elsewhere to spend your money

You hate when you need it but it s amazing when a company stands behind a product they sell if there s a problem. I received a scuffed up returned rod with my order. I was instantly bummed but I sent an email to them hoping it would be handled quick.. I received a quick response that I need to send it back there s already a return label included prepaid just Incase.

I was still a little bummed because that meant a little longer wait and I have a couple tournaments coming up. Out of nowhere I received a call from Rick apologizing and telling me he s overnighting me a new rod and just to send the other one back. This will keep me a long time buyer from TW and you should be too. They re less expensive and the selection is much better than amazon or other sites. Really impressed with these guys!

I m not reviewing the baits, I m reviewing the company. Very poor at processing orders. Ordered 2nd day air for a package yesterday and still hasn t been shipped. Clearly their concern is not the customer. This has happened to me on all my orders from here. Never show up on time after paying for top tier shipping. I will no longer order from them after this. It s 2019, there s no excuse for a well known business to be this horrible!

I will not buy anything else from them,they have been know help at all,on the defective rod i got from them.

Absolutely the best online Tackle selection I've ever seen . Other than my home town Tackle shop its the only place to even consider , could spend all day shopping online .
