Wonderful spot for looking at sunset and the sea, close to a beautiful swimming cove too. Friendly, charming and beautiful staff and most important really good food.
They would make you feel as welcome as they could.
I tried entree snack and drinks here mostly, the Crispy Calamari is a great choice !

Excellent location to start with. We visited just before sunset for dinner.
Place is spotless and staff are very polite and swift responding to our requests.
Starters would be definitely a 5-star rating while mains a 4 star. Deserts were a big disappointment though.
Price wise, you need at least 50 per person since most mains are around 25 .
To me this appears to be one of the higher end restaurants on the island offering a more fine dining meal and service. For which they deliver well on.
Not doubt that most restaurants on Hydra have a great view but by being on top of the cliff it is just another advantage. Sitting outside under the tree only adds to it.

It is definitely a fish and seafood restaurant. I had the pork for my main course, it was good but not as good as the other seafood dishes we ordered. The octopus and chorizo starter sticks in my mind well.
The staff were faultless and nice to chat to.
They say it is the best restaurant in Hydra. Haven't tried them all, but I wouldn't be surprised to find out they are right. Don't skip the orange cake!
Amazing Greek food with a modern twist, its absolutely fantastic with a great selection of wine. The service was very friendly and spoke perfect English. I absolutely recommend eating here you will not be disappointed. The best plafe we've eaten so far.
So far it is the first five-star restaurant I have been to on the island. Excellent service, exquisite and elaborate food, as they say, the real modern Greek food. Vassilis and his team are impeccable. I tried fresh sardines and concasse tomatoes, a lamb baklava and kavurmas, Greek beef. I highly recommend it.
Excellent local restaurant with great views and sophisticated high end food. We had calamari risotto, fresh salad with salmon and everything else we tried was superb. Friendly service. Highly recommended.
