Lessons Learned. unhelpful wouldnt cut anything not even a rip to fit in the van. Mdf sheet i bought had 2 damaged edges and a blemish in the middle which will need cutting out. the planed square edge "joinery grade" i bought looked okay when i bought it however its severly warped no good for any joinery. Never again. shame because its within a stones throw and is my closest Timber yard.

What can I say?

A good friend of mine who is a loyal customer and has been using you for at least 10 years recommended you as you are known for your good customer service, however, for me this was not the case. As I entered the gate the few staff on duty decided to run away and the person who did actually approach me appeared from one of the Isles, as he approached me he proceeded to yell "what do you want?" I felt quite intimidated by this man as I found this to be quite an aggressive way to greet a customer. He came rather close to me close enough for me to smell alcohol on his breath. It was so pungent that it seemed as though he had just had a drink of whiskey. I asked him if I could get a price for some moisture resistant MDF for shelving in my shed and he pointed towards a set of doors, told me I have to go in there to get prices, turned around and walked off, probably to finish his drink I suspect. Well, I left and I won't be returning because if you have people like that representing your company, serving the public, operating heavy machinery, then there is absolutely no way I'm going to risk my safety over your disregard for pedestrians. No way.
