I really love the ability to personally wash my dog someplace else. I know that may sound funny but my large lab makes a mess!! At Four Paws, they are friendly, kind, eager to help, and their facility makes it easy to give your kids as I call my dogs a bath. They leave all shiny and looking fabulous!! I have relied upon the full service wash before too and their staff is great! Thanks Four Paws ... it s a pleasure doing business with you!!

Top notch pretty store! Quality products, natural food choices and knowledgeable staff. And the BEST groomers!

Had the item I came to purchase, yay! 2 out of 3 different people I talked to were pretty clueless about the product, or where to find it and basically about the product.

First time experience. My vet recommended the place. I called and the next available was three weeks out a day before Christmas. I took the appointment and they took down my information. Walked in at 7:30am when I was scheduled. Apparently, they did not know I was coming. One of the assistant groomers proceeded to tell me that I needed some form, and if I received a phone call the day before. It seemed she was ready for a confrontation but once I let her know that this was my first time ever with them, she seemed to be a little more helpful. She looked me up and did not see my name but admitted that this was her first time touching the schedule on the computer. I do wish I had gotten her name. I was just annoyed at getting up and out so early on Christmas Eve.
She recommended I call back at 10:30am for a reschedule. If I would have known that this was going to be a hassle, I would have definitely gone somewhere else.
The girl also explained that they will not groom my dogs but instead de-shed. I d had my dogs for 6 years and I do know what the difference is. I tried explaining what I wanted and why, and she said her boss wouldn t allow her to groom the dogs any shorter due to the colder weather. I didn t want to argue the point with her since they were not getting groomed that day. I am much older than this girl and refuse to be led into a ridiculous argument. I was as polite as possible. It s Christmas Eve people!!!

Could not be more displeased with the atmosphere and customer service provided by the grooming staff at 4 Paws. Disappointing because we think they do a good job but dislike the customer care so much we decided we would not return. First experience we had the groomer did not clean our pups ears and we had to return 2 more times before they actually completed the original request at the grooming. The few times we have been there we have been told our dog did not behave well and he is a 7 month old puppy still learning about going to the groomer. We brush him at home daily and he does a great job. This is a far too expensive place to have your dog groomed to have bad customer service.

Love to get the walter's biscuits...also a good place to buy one off dog treats if you want to let your pup try things without buying a bag full...or if you're dog is way to spoiled by their grandpawents...take them to spend their Christmas money on treats...they also have a good selection of foods fresh and kibbles.

My fiance loves this place. They run a lot of sales and the rescue that we got our 2 cats from gets coupons for us each time we adopted. The people all seem knowledgeable and ready to help you. In my head some of the prices can be pretty steep, but that's more of a brand thing and not their fault, but that's my only qualm.

I was looking for a local place to do some pet Christmas shopping and found this place! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the store has lots of selection. All of the staff was following the mask mandate and social distancing guidelines- THANK YOU! I did not use the grooming option so cannot speak to that, but plan on coming back soon.
