Should we trust their aircraft maintenance/safety if they can't maintain seats and inflight entertainment systems?
2 flights from luanda / capetown and luanda / johannesburg arrived in advance for both directions. Very favorable rates on airfrance and brussel airlines. Reimbursement of 75% of the ticket even on eco base rate in case of cancellation, of course sometimes the entertainment system does not work or the check in is sometimes long, but the value for money is excellent and the aircraft in very good condition .

Absolutely appalling service on from Taag on the flight from Lagos to Luanda. The flight was delayed for four hours, the connecting flight to Johannesburg did not wait for us and we were kept waiting at the airport for hours, waiting to be transferred to a hotel.
The Taag staff at Luanda were very unprofessional, unsympathetic and outrightly rude! One staff said taking you to a hotel is compensation as though we were homeless people.
This is certainly an appalling experience from Angola, considering that Taag Angola Airlines only started flying directly to Lagos last week and expect to be patronised. DO NOT FLY TAAG ANGOLA AIRLINES if you can avoid it.
Just over 20 people wait and it takes more than 1 hour to serve 5 customers.
Poor service.
The services are improving, there is still a long way to go.
