Organization in registration for an ophthalmology clinic is a tragedy. You wait two hours on the phone, including the first hour in line, and then you find out that they are not accepting with a referral from their GP. No information on their site about this. The lady at registration was unpleasant, she spoke in such a tone as if I were to know everything already.
Terrible patient service by receptionists at the Department of Oncology Surgery - Unkind ladies, they laugh at patients and you have the impression that you should know their system / method of booking visits, because without detailed information they have to run between registrations in separate buildings .. They arrange visits to a given doctor , then it turns out that the visit will be for a different ... reason they do not give ... apparently they recognize that the information is redundant. The words sorry do not know for the confusion! They blame the patient! Such people should not work in such places! At most in security, somewhere where people do not need to be helped! A scandal that it is for our considerable money that we treat the Patient in such a way. I gave up more visits, away from such places!
The MTP vaccination center is perfectly organized! Everything well thought out, no queues, fast, the staff efficient and polite, the volunteers friendly and helpful.
