I bought an enginus EAP1300 on 9/26/2020. This is my first time buying from this company. I called customer service department to request tech support assistance for the device. The prompt over the phone it said that I was the only caller and i was going to be transfer to a representative. After a minute i was transferred to a voicemail service to leave a message because no tech support representative was available. I left my name and phone number, and I send an email as well. John Berrios send me a reply to my email offering assistance, but since he was not from tech support, he is limited on what he can do. I submitted my inquiry with the device at which he sent me the link from the device user manual. I ask if he can request for a tech support representative to call me back, but I haven t heard back from him until now.

The Tech Support team was able to resolve the issues I was having with EnStations AC / CCTV application. Thank you Josh for the support, and the rest of the team. I will continue to integrate EnGenius equipment in the commercial applications in the future.

I so much appreciate the help that Charles provided over a course of a couple days to ensure that my WDS bridge worked! He was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining everything in detail to me as we configured the bridges together. I used the bridges to connect two buildings that were 250' apart across the street from one another . It took some time to work out the kinks but, he was terrific and a pleasure to work with. Due to a strict deadline I was up against, I was pretty stressed out but, felt relieved to have him on the other end guiding me and using remote access at times to navigate. In the end, I have terrific connectivity and accomplished the mission thanks to Charles' support.

Very happy with Tech Support. Joshua not only verified that the combination I asked about would work, but he went above and beyond. He laid out the step by step settings that would be necessary to get everything talking and working together! As a distributor, His advice will prove invaluable as I pass the information to our dealer. allowing him to get it up and running in no time. Thank Joshua!

Purchased three of the ENS202ext version 2's. Was able to config most of the settings but had to contact customer service with a couple questions. Joshua provided in-depth instructions to finalize the settings and everything works great now! Very happy with the link system and AP. Sure beats running 500' of underground cables to the barns!

I am a loyal EnGenius consumer and it was my pleasure and privilege during some recent hardware updates to have dealt with Mr. Charles Lee. Having purchased two new access points, as a homeowner admittedly with little technical knowledge, Charles provided me with exceptional service. His expertise and patience went beyond expectations. I wish to share this with Consumers past and present as well as the Upper Management who take notice of exemplary employees. Looking for support on your products? Go elsewhere I opened a ticket to pay them to get my phones repaired and have not gotten a reply since February. I even purchased directly from their website.
