Waited 35minutes to answer the phone for check in, after I got in there was 3 females at receiving office just laughing each other jokes.
Asked to restroom , got told to go near forest half mile away where they have kennel for dogs because delivery drivers are not humans for them
Waited paperwork 3,5hours after empty
they are sneaky, I had no idea there was late fee or miss appointment fee until I got the receipt, $200 extra charge, $80 dollar lumber fee, $5 dollar processing fee. the broker said she already called 24hrs ahead to reschedule, Sysco don't give a **.
Jax and I have a regular run to Sysco now and we enjoy it.
Sysco has nice friendly employees and has a great field to run and play on. One day we will venture to the woods to hike around.

Arrived at 1130 for a 1200 appointment....called the number to check in. Waited in lot as directed....no call for dock assignment as of 1430 so I called again and they assigned me a dock....it is now 1500 and my 2 pallets are offloaded and mow im waiting for another call to check out......i wont ne back. Unacceptable for 2 pallets !
Security guard made a great impression! Extremely polite and professional!!! Unloading 2hrs (was on time). Great overnight parking!
Words can t even explain how I feel about this place they don t give a dam over here please what the hell is the purpose of a appointment but you be late tho this dam place take hours to get your paperwork never again

Lankford Sysco Eastern, MD. located just outside of the beautiful small town of Pocomoke City, Maryland is a food distribution warehouse that supplies and delivers frozen as well as dry food and other goods (such as, cups, lids and restaurant style take out containers)to schools, businesses, restaurants and other facilities across the delmarva peninsula. Pocomoke is known as the friendliest town on the eastern shore and is home to roughly 4158 people as of the 2020 census. Sysco also maintains an open to the public grocery store known to locals as "Cash and Carry" which sells wholesale meats, fresh and canned vegetables, sauces and other goods. Although the grocery store is closed on Mondays it operates Tuesday through Sunday at various hours (usually 9-6.)
Too bad I have to give them 1 star more then they deserve. I got there 31 minutes before my appointed delivery time. They backed me right into a dock door. Look like things were going good at that point. It took them over 5 & 1/2 hours to get me unloaded so I could leave.
Miss my noon reload appointment time. So now I cannot get loaded till tomorrow.
I lost $1,600 in revenue plus the load I was supposed to pick up tomorrow.
Lowlifes do not care about other people.
I hope a bunch of them get colon cancer and it takes 20 years for them to die.
