Pretty good office space. Has a clear entrance and exit. Lifts are good except that one cannot figure which floor it is in.

A Good Business centre located in the center of the city. The main disadvantage of the business centre iS narrow road and unavailability of busstops nearby. One has to walk at least for an half kilometre for busstop where all buses do not stop. The companies available here are RRD,Microsoft sales office ,Avaya sales office inside vatika business centre, Aruba networks, Fiserv,KBR,Durr India..Many five star hotels are very nearby ( 5 min walkable).

Good place for work. Options to eat food near the building is less.

Centrally located building right opposite to the Raintree hotel in Anna Salai and home to companies like RRD, Microsoft, Grant Thornton, Vatika etc

Vatika Business center billed us 3500INR to use a conference room for a few hours. They called us the day before and told us that it will cost an additional 10000INR as it a Sunday . We politely refused and asked for a refund. It took us well over 3 months to get the refund and that too after repeated calling. I can only imagine how much of a pain it will be to have a long term relationship with Vatika.

Lot of parking. Night shift staff have home pick up and drops clear n neat places.

Good building. Ease to spot from road and navigate but limited parking for visitors.
