Cause "daniel" made me smile after another employee did not

One star too many. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Service consisted of a tech coming to my house, switching out a fuse, not checking the attic or anything other than the outside portion of the unit. Asking for a check for $149, promptly leaving while claiming the unit was back up and working as I'm showing him the thermostat is not changing even a degree. Called co day after and they assured me they'd send out a manager. He never came. Don't go here

The salesperson and installation happened on schedule. The permits were filed. Installation did not pass the inspection from the city. Scheduled the correction approx three weeks in advance - took off time from work to be at the house. Received a VM at 1602 the day before saying they needed to reschedule. Correction appointment rescheduled for the the next weekend - no call to confirm, no one showed up. Try to get in touch with the office the following Monday and wait on hold for 12 mins the first time and 10 mins the second - hung up both times with no answer. Visited their website to find out only 1 word is on their site, "CLOSED". Went to the BBB website to learn the government has taken action against the company. Will contact city to see what are my options because the city is requesting proof corrections were completed. Sigh . . .

On one of the hottest weeks this year here in Sacramento our AC stopped working. We called several places but the earliest I could get anyone was in three days. Syntrol had a tech out to us within two hours. Chuc was cordial, professional and was able to troubleshoot the problem in a short time. Unfortunately it required a new part for our 24 year old package unit that could not be found anymore. The very next day, Dan came out and worked us out a very reasonable quote complete with 18 months no interest financing. Chuc delivered a small portable AC unit for us to use until they could schedule the installation. Three days later they showed up and had it done in one day! Five Stars!

Gave it one star because I had too. They knocked on my door. They got me enterested. We set an appointment for solar. They never showed up. 2 times I waited for them. Don't waste your time.

The Owner of this Company seems to be okay. But there is a problems with the ethnic only 2 African American out of 100 workers. I use to work for this company I was told . I was laid off too many worker.

They caused a leak in my roof after doing a complete new roof. They did admit it was there fault. So far so good absolutely not. They were informed in November it took three week to come out mid December. They did a quick patch after an additional visit. waiting another four months ( April 2017) just to have a drain pipe installed which they left in my backyard without my permission. Also it took three months to address the mold caused by the leak. Hay it get better over SIX months waiting for a skylight they forgot to install. Now they blame Home Depot for poor business and not doing good business If you like poor workmanship, finger pointing, and irresponsible business this is for you. They based in Roseville, CA. BE WARNED & USE EXTREME LOGIC....

Take notes when the salesperson talks to you. Make sure every promise is in the contract before you sign. There is a disconnect between what is promised and what is delivered. Monitoring solar panels by Syntrol or yourself is only free if you have wifi and will cost $200+ extra if you don't.
