It's a scam. I have never had a verizon account in my life, nor is it showing up on my credit report. I have no idea how they even got my current address because I have only shared it with ONE entity.
If you receive a letter from this company please ignore. This company tries to scam people by faking debt. Please report company to the better business bureau.
Absolutely hate this company. Very unprofessional and the lack of communication for their customers is very clear. They do not take pride as a company let alone their customers. Disappointment in many ways with this company.

We also just received a scam letter. It has another person's name and is to our address. They claim we owe them $11,030.98 ref#11032615-JCS. What a joke! Who are these people anyway? Don't engage.
