The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information, which made the booking process smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about my booking, it took them quite some time to respond, and when they did, the answers were not very detailed. Additionally, while the itinerary was well-organized, the activities included on the tour were somewhat underwhelming. I expected a more diverse and exciting range of options. On the bright side, the accommodations were comfortable, and the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, Syltours provided an average vacation experience. It had its ups and downs, but nothing extraordinary. I would consider booking with them again if they improve their customer service and enhance their activity offerings.
