Finally got to visit the legendary Sylkar last week after months of trying to find the moment, and I have to say it was worth the wait. Without doubt the best Spanish omelette I have tried in bar or restaurant. You can order it with or without onion, although my favourite was with. I don't know how many they must make in a day but in the couple of hour I was there they didn't stop churning them out. Each one to a great "runny" standard!! I didn't try anything else on the menu but for what I saw all the dishes and tapas looked great. A must for any "Totilla" lover

Very good value for money although I think it fails a bit in dealing with the customer. In my case I did not feel well attended and even ignored.
