I found the customer service I received to be really poor. The store wasn t even busy when I asked one of the floor staff about a DVD player and was basically met with a couldn t-care-less attitude. Then while at the checkouts, the checkout person was really rude when I asked whether they price-match. For goodness sakes, no one is forcing you to give us a discount, we were just asking, as any person might do. I m not a person who complains much about anything but today s experience was just plain rude. Won t be coming here again...

The tall guy on computers had a loop at my 2 month old hp pavilion laptop bought from Miranda store for issues. It wouldn't start. He found out in 5 mins it was a charger issue. Saved me 100+ dollars seeing an it repair shop for such a small issue. I was in and out within 10 minutes. This is a work laptop and this guy saved me a lot of missed down time. You are awesome!

JBHIFI is one of my favourite store to visit, but ...

JBHIFI is one of my favourite store to visit, but this Miranda store has some serious problems.
1, The staff here don't seem to have much knowledge of the product they sell, every time if I ask some questions they don't know, they will question me making me look like an idiot.
2, They think they are better than you, as they 'know ' their products. Anything they don't know they will blame you.

The only good thing here is they can price match even MSY!

Me and my partner went to get a new phone from jb I wish I could remember the Employee that served us as he done a spectacular job and even though we came in late he still stuck around and gave us 100% of his time which lead us to both walking out extremely happy. That employee was one of a kind and deserved a raise!

L took fitbit watch back because my was not keeping its charge and they gave me one in replacement but the Manger was very rude to me he refused to help me connect my fitbit watch to my mobile or my tablet but the staff working at Miranda were very helpful they good help full l been to bondi JB Hi FI. And got good service from all there staff and help me connect my fitbit to moblie and Manger was also good sale men so l would not recommend JB Hi Fi. Shop at Miranda you are very well look after by the manger who looking after fitbit watchers so if you buy a fitbit watch there don't expect this manger to help you there lam not a young woman and l know nothing about connecting fitbit watch or another watch that keep you fit l lost 26kg because of my fitbit watch l thought this Fi Bi Fi. Manger was very rude to be by refuse to help me out he walk away the staff working under him l thought were wonderful and deserve to be recommended for there service that give customers so l would recommend you still go there but don't ask the manger for help he a uphelp full and rude man but bondi is a great store who help older people with there problems l think if your old you deserve repect and help not to have someone who not prepare to help you out

Terrible experience with the store.

Terrible experience with the store.
Their so called IT people really need some education and training, they don t seem to know the products they sell too much. And they even blamed me of not be able to set up the product correctly because they are IT people.
Even if you are IT people, does it mean what you say is automatically correct?
By the way, I m qualified IT professional in MCSA, MCP, MCSE, PMP, ITIL etc

I usually have a great experience shopping at JB Hi-Fi Miranda. Staff is friendly store is tidy and well kept. I never find it difficult to find what I need and the staff are always happy to provide great customer service. The staff go above and beyond with advice. I can definitely recommend JB Hi-Fi Miranda. You won't be disappointed shopping there. Thank you to all the staff for making my experience shopping with you a great one. I will be back very soon!!

I've bought a new computer, and a new telephone fr...

I've bought a new computer, and a new telephone from JB HiFi, Miranda within the last 6 months.

I do so after considering all of my options, and if I could find a better deal, that is what I would pursue.

I guess I like that I can arrive, ask for my purchase,
and be served within a couple of minutes with no fuss whatsoever.

Cannot think of anything to say, other than being a thuroughly (must get a spellcheck which understands English) pleasant shopping experience.

(You would need to VERY special to get 5 stars).

Fair prices but always price shop online with your phone as they price match aussie websites. Then they are very good. I bought a fitbit watch and got $60 off their advertised peice because Amazon AU had it cheaper.

Just did an on line pick up. Arrived at Miranda store to a line up the size of Texas. Thankfully it was moving fairly quickly but if it wasn't I have to say the hassle free on line purchase would have been completely pointless.
Then i asked about whether there was a receipt in the bag for warranty purposes as the item was a gift.
Sorry no receipt nor gift receipts for online purchases. Why? I should look for something in my inbox re receipt (no help re gift receipt). Thank you JB. A little refining needed or we go back to doing things old school.

I have been going to JB Hi-Fi Miranda for as long ...

I have been going to JB Hi-Fi Miranda for as long as I can remember. I used to purchase several cds every time I went. Now I mostly go for tech needs. The prices are mostly unmatched, and I recommend this store over many similar stores. Only complaint is that on a busy day the queue is incredibly long. I had to wait an hour just to get to the counter to purchase a phone case , but I refused to wait and just put it down and walked out. Other than that great shop overall.

The service was very "judgemental" over me trying to return a faulty speaker, testing everything I said, putting me as a liar when I mentioned the faults, personally, i didn't like the service, would try to avoid that shop and if I still had to go in I would ask for a different staff member if I was attended by the same people

Customer Service 5 Stars. Shout out to Holly for her amazing service. Knowledgeable, informative and friendly. I had an issue after that she resolved straight away where she went above and beyond. I would recommend coming here. I have had good service each time so far.

like many JB Hi-Fi stores there is very little floor space to move around so it can get pretty packed and pretty busy at times making it difficult to shop for what you're after, or even just move around the store, overall pretty good stock levels and reasonably helpful staff when you go looking for them. Quite time staff will approach and ask to assist which is nice.
