I can't praise the staff in this store enough. I went into the store tonight about 20 minutes before they closed. First a lady helped me and when she couldn't find what I was looking for, after really going he extra mile for me( which was a promo that had been removed from the website from the previous day - no easy task). She then called a man and he found what I was looking for after really searching for what I was asking for. This store had no stock but he said could order it in from another store no problem. He then walked me to the cash out line where he made sure everything was taken care of before he left. The cashier was so lovely and very efficient. All 3 of the staff in this store were so friendly and helpful. I think a lot of retailers ( of all industries) should use this store as an example of how their staff should treat customers, honestly 5 stars don't seem like enough!!! To whomever hired, trained + manages this team you have done a stellar job with them. To the staff thank you for the incredible customer service I was truly blown away! I think this is one of best if not the best customer service I have ever had
They had the stock that my son was after, he very happy with the service

About 80% of my visits I get good customer service here.
The store layout is a bit weird and not always logical, otherwise great store.
The staff are more interested in talking to each other than serving customers
Always 65 assistants on standby near the computer or stereo section, ready for you to splurge 10k & up. However,if buying any other product in cheaper section of the store, forget about any form of customer service.
I returned a damaged TV I purchased online. Nathan and his team were tremendous and went out of their way to offer me an immediate solution. I left the store with a new TV and a huge worry of my mind.

The slowest service I've e,experienced from a JB Hifi store. Plenty walking around, but not wanting to serve.
customer service is absolutely terrible, the so called "manager" is extremely arrogant and should not be in the customer service industry, he was extremely difficult to deal with, have never had any issues at any other store, will not be returning ever again
Staff refused to help and when asking question shrugged at me as wasn't going to receive commission from my click & collect order. Terrible service. Avoid phone department, generally have good experience with other departments in the store.
Great selection and store layout with decent prices. One of the better JB stores in the Sydney suburbs.
Normally JBHifi staff pretty amazing but the guy at the headphones section needs to read up on consumer protection law instead of trying to make me feel bad in not buying the extended warranty (not sure if staff get commission on these). I understand duty of care for the store and i accept intermittent issues prevents fault replication but please dont try to immediately push extended warranties and intimidate customers into buying it.
Consumer protection law offers protections beyond manufacturers warranty, so staff need to fully understand this. Even Apple have a inquiry path to specifically deal with this.

Love it because it's jb hi fi. But I don't really like this store. Staff are great however a couple of times I have bought DVDs from here and they have been broken or damaged. Because I bought them a few years/months before I watched them, doubt I could bring them back. Store is too small.
I've been coming to this place for many years and they've always been great.

The CD's and Dvds are always tidy and arranged to find things easily.
Went to JB's 2weeks ago and spent 3 thousand dollars for laptop and printer and accessories
Staff were very good but the laptop I chose had to be delivered cause I wanted a different colour.. well I'm still waiting 2 weeks later for it.. So that is why 3 stars only

Hard to get any service proactively. Have to literally flag down someone to get any service. Never seem to have enough stock and the air conditioning barely works so you feel like you're in a sauna when you are forced to go down there to get something. Might be the reason that the staff are not so friendly or helpful?
Sam the phone man at Miranda store is just brilliant. He is so knowledgeable. What a worthwhile employee to have in your store.
He can handle fast pace service with ease. Good on you Sam well done !

I got a Fitbit for Christmas but it was faulty
We took it back to Caringbah as that where was purchased from but the young man could not find another one so we thought to get our credit and go to Miranda store
My husband was there today and the service he got was terrible
They did have the same one we had to return to Caringbah but they wanted to charge us the full price
We showed them the receipt as it was only just returned but they refused to replace it to the same price
I find or see the logic to this
Where is the customer service
Where is the commonsense
We left very disappointed and we returned back to Caringbah to see if they did find the same watch as they couldn t find it before and they did
We purchase it the same sale price
Miranda lost a sale for been stupid to see that we had the original receipt with the price on it

I have purchased so many things from JB over the years and they always stock everything I want, plus some extra's... like the limited edition TOOL album that was sold out everywhere else except JB, that my wife walked in and bought after trying several different places with no luck. STOKED!!!
Recently I had a in store experience with a staff member at JB and although the staff are always happy to help, this early 20's staff member was just above and beyond helpful, with a huge product knowledge and intuitive direction, he helped me find exactly what I looking for.

Well trained staff that know their stuff in this store. The store is well laid out and like all JB Hi Fi stores pricing is reasonable.
Good store with large variety of products. But customer service isnt the best, the younger staff members mostly the female staff can be rude at times. The only person that provides a good customer service experience is the elder gentleman who always tries to help out.
Not the biggest JB but if you know what your looking for you should fined it.
Hopeless staff. Literally have to tap someone on the shoulder to be served!
