Worked for an exhibition here. The place is ofcourse large for huge events with ample parking, accessible toilets, wheelchair access, accomodating ICC staff and lots of events around weekly. It's close to the Light Rail too which is good for me as a commuter.

Its a very good Centre.. Had my citizenship ceremony here. The staff here are quite friendly. Parking can be an issue here, so it's better if you use a public transport to come here... The location of this, is quite amazing, right in darling Harbour, right next to good restaurants, clubs and pubs.

This is the disappointing rebuild of our Entertainment Centre and as our new venue I would barely give it a pass mark. Corners cut everywhere. Underwhelming design, Seats are so hard they actually give you a back-ache. I saw a number of people holding the small of their back to get relief. Inadequate toileting facilities, as usual. When will venues learn that standing in a queue for 15-20 minutes during intermission and sometimes missing the start of the next session because of it does NOT add to the experience of a great night out! Only hot water in the toilets so if you didn't want to stand in line for 15 minutes to refill your water bottle, bad luck. Very tight space between the seats and the rows in front, which are at a very steep angle(no issue with the steepness, that is necessary). However, this scrimping on space results in an accident waiting to happen. It's only a matter of time til someone topples over because it's so tight. The higher seats had the lighting equipment blocking a significant part of the view - tell me why they can't add the extra height to avoid this please? Just an over all shrug of a venue. And for our premier city a huge opportunity lost. Shame. Big shame.

The ICC Exhibition Centre is located in Darling Harbour. I got there by getting off at Museum Station and then walking east along Liverpool Street and then walking on the Harbour Street pedestrian overpass. The centre is then just a short distance past Tumbalong Park.

I went there for the Home Show. There event was well organised and provided toilet and cafe facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the 2018 Colour Conference run by Hillsong.
Everything worked perfectly. Doors outside as well as inside opened right on time.
We were shown to our seating area by wonderful, friendly students, who made our time as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
The seats, however, were quite uncomfortable, which is a shame in a new building.
Sound was excellent.
The bathrooms were always clean with lovely added touches.
Food at the ICC Sydney outlets was on the pricey side. As always, there were queues but that is to be expected.
Leaving the venue from the top tier was quite a harrowing ordeal for one of our party because we had to exit via the multiple stories of stairs. She has health issues so that wasn't great.
Other than that, we had a marvellous 3 days.
Well done Hillsong: another great, well-run, God-glorifying conference!

Went to see a show at the theatre. The seats are tiny and uncomfortable with zero leg room and exiting after the show was a nightmare with thousands of people made to walk down endless poorly lit flights of stairs. Do not go there if you are claustrophobic.

dark as hell inside. no windows. choking atmosphere. mixed toilets. A terrible shame that theres no natural light in exhibition halls , when Sydney has a power crisis.100 steps to hall 4,5,6. a waste of money.

Outstanding venue to hold your next event. Very spacious and well appointed interiors. The audio and visual facilities are modern and effective. This new venue really puts Sydney on the map as a place for global events.

Went to the craft show and although it was interesting it was overpriced for a ticket. Biggest reason for 3 stars is they wanted $5.50 for a 600ml bottle of coke. With the major target audience for this event is old age pensioners I think asking this price was ridiculous.

Meh..I dislike this venue so much...difficult to get to, expensive carpark & annoying security.
The only reason why I don't give 1* is that people can still make a great event & convention there, but would be better if it was hold elsewhere

Easy enough to get to and within walking distance to Darling Harbour. Plenty to do and see and parking was simple. Is quite expensive though when paying for parking so if you can find an alternative nearby go for it.

It s a huge convention centre. The set ups are great, the staff are really good and attentive. Food and drink options are really well put together. There s a cafe downstairs if you don t like the food your conference has organised, or the city is right there if you need to escape :-)

The Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre is home to all of Sydney's greatest shows. From the Royal Auto Show to the Sydney Good Food and Wine Show, it definitely plays host to some great shows. Be on the look out to catch all the latest shows the exhibition center has to offer!

Great venue, but it took around 40 minutes just to get into the building as it has only two entry points, unlike the original Sydney Entertainment Centre with its multiple entry points. And there was just one escalator to get us to and from the second level where our seats were, meaning that it took around 20 minutes just to get downstairs to exit the venue at the end of the concert. Would not be easy to evacuate in an emergency.

The architects have either underestimated the flow of people during a full house event, or favoured appearance over functionality.

For 100 dollars for nearly every show there,

For 100 dollars for nearly every show there,
You would expect better seats. Literarily fighting the people next to me to be comfortable. Pretty disappointing for something that is almost brand new.

On a side note good shows there

Very big convention center. Nice place, there is cafe inside. Along the way to go there, you will pass the chinese garden (have to pay to go inside) but there is also public park, the place where peope can do sports, meeting point, the children playgroud in front of ICC. And besides ICC there is Hardrock Cafe and Harbourside Mall. The very closest hotel to ICC is Sofitel. And the Darling Harbour is located at the end of ICC. ICC surroundings are very nice, a lot of places you can go.

Do not buy tickets for a concert here. You spend a lot of money to see amazing artists and the fun police will not allow you to enjoy it. Their approach to security is like at a nightclub. What a disaster of a night and completely ruined the whole experience for us. Thanks for nothing.

The Wiggles... What more can I say. There wasn't a bad seat in the venue and the entertainment delighted all. How the ICC team managed to get what seemed like 3,000 prams organised in time for the concert I will never know. From where I was standing at 9.45am, I thought we would miss half the concert. The Pram VALET Team were very quick, efficient and helpful. A job very well done. They deserve a pay rise
