Avoid, avoid and avoid. TPG have the worst customer service. Phoning them is no good, live chat is even worse (it feels like the person on the other be did live chat is dragging it as long as it possibility can) worst telco ever.

I have been on hold to speak to a sales representative for 130 minutes. in this day and age this is unbelievable!!! Talk about Telstra and Optus's poor customer service. AAPT have joined them. All the telco's in Aus have very bad or poor customer service! If i ran my business this way I would be broke

Tried ringing their hotline multiple times - every time I chose an option I would get a couple rings followed by a voice message or someone hanging up the call.

What in the world is this awful company? What an experience. I was forced to cancel my credit card as they are now fraudulently taking money three months after cancellation. TIO are making a killing.
