My purchase was all made through phone calls and messages. Ethan was great, in getting the best deal for us. He was friendly and expert. Went to see a car and was competely ignored. I was left to wait standing looking at a car tbrigh the window as the sea, er didn't want to get the key. He said to wait, then went to look after other people. He said he was short staffed. But he could have opened the car instead of leaving me hanging. The staff selling new cars were nice though. I left after 15min waiting like a tool. I didn't get a call back despite my online enquiry. So much for that.

We had the most incredible experience at this dealership. The most knowledgeable salesperson there, Elvis Yang was very professional, personable and full of knowledge about the product and services. We recently purchased a Lexus ES 350 Sport Luxury from David Dolowitz. From the moment we arrived the service and attention was exemplary. I have always been very dubious about "car salesmen" and their honesty, however, David showed me that there was another side to them that I had never experienced. Apart from nothing being too much trouble, he made us both feel at ease and comfortable with our negotiations. We truly believe the service provided was genuine and that it would continue long after the showroom experience ended. We will definitely return in the future when we decide to update. Furthermore, we found Sara King, who dealt with the business side of things, to be extremely efficient and helpful. Even to the point of contacting us from her home on her day off, when we needed some help. All in all, Sydney City Lexus, seems to be the only place to buy a car if you want exemplary, honest service.

He comes with a vast knowledge of the car he sells, no one could explain me any better about my lexus than Ali. he had sound knowledge from system, music,features and explained every fine detail with sucha musically charishmatic way that I was left with no choice but buy the car. Just 1 ride and I already knew it that I am driving my own car. Additionally, the extras he offered from car wash to service discounts were icing on the cake. Not to forget Lexus has some exceptionally great culture to look after it s customers.

Loving my new car! I'm not usually one to buy from a dealer (or write reviews) but purchasing from LEXUS ended up being a no brainer!
For pre-owned vehicles you can get a 3 year factory warranty plus all LEXUS vehicles (which I did not know!!!) have a 10 year no rust warranty which is a huge deal for us living by the ocean.

Our dealer Rae was great (and patient!!) because I had my heart set on a particular model and colour which doesn't drive through the door every day as a trade in - so thank you Rae!!

Oh! And if you need finance go through Lexus not another broker! Sarah is GREAT! She got us a rate 3% cheaper than others quoted!

After reading all these great reviews, I feel like heading to Sydney City Lexus to get a NX300H. Went to Parramatta Lexus last weekend but the salesman seemed a little pushy. I didn t want to buy one on that same day but pretty soon in few weeks time. Salesman wasn t helpful, other than handing you a printed brochure. Not even offered a test drive. I don t feel welcomed at all.

We went for a test drive Lexus Nx 300 m Sydney city Lexus and meet Ronald there. He was really informative about the cars and friendly. He showed good customer skills and gave us the information we needed. Even though we just went for a test drive but ended up buying Rx300 due to Ronald. Replaced brake rotors and pads recently. I provided all the parts, just ask them to do the labour work. Quoted me $370 for the labour cost. When I came back the next day they only replaced the front brake and said $370 is only for the front, and insisted that I didn't ask to replace the rear brake, which is definitely not the truth. I mentioned several times it was both front and rear, to two staffs there, but they just kept denying and insisted it was my mistake to cause "miscommunication", which is absolutely absurd. In the end I had to pay another $370 to get the rear brake replaced and get my car back. That's $740 in total for the labour cost of replacing brake rotors and pads!

Lesson learned: always ask for an official quotation before they touch your car and check carefully each job is stated with all the details so that they have no chance to play word games.

Update: the service manager called back and kindly offered to replace brake lines and battery terminal with no extra charges, those jobs were in my initial request but not included in the final quote. Will report back after the jobs are done.

I have just purchased my first Lexus. Within an hour of posting an enquiry on the Sydney City Lexus website Fahad made contact. On visiting the dealership the next day Fahad went to great lengths to explain details of the vehicle to me and take me through the process. A no hassle experience.

Lexus City is a complete disappointment their staff is dishonest & has got poor customer service.

As a Lexus fan, I wanted to get an NX 300 2020 as my 2nd Lexus car. After spending a day here and a lot of market research I knew what deal I can ask for, which was agreed by the 1st manager in presence another associate James.

Next day when I went to book the car, the same manager was not available and James said, his manager just asked the question to check whether we can buy a Lexus or not? I felt humiliated with the complete experience when the other manager Mark said, I should go and look for their used cars.

Then, on the same day after this, I went to Lexus Chatswood and booked the car on the same deal which I was asking for, and got my car within 10 days.
