We recently purchased a Lexus ES 350 Sport Luxury from David Dolowitz. From the moment we arrived the service and attention was exemplary. I have always been very dubious about "car salesmen" and their honesty, however, David showed me that there was another side to them that I had never experienced. Apart from nothing being too much trouble, he made us both feel at ease and comfortable with our negotiations. We truly believe the service provided was genuine and that it would continue long after the showroom experience ended. We will definitely return in the future when we decide to update. Furthermore, we found Sara King, who dealt with the business side of things, to be extremely efficient and helpful. Even to the point of contacting us from her home on her day off, when we needed some help. All in all, Sydney City Lexus, seems to be the only place to buy a car if you want exemplary, honest service.
