Swissôtel Amsterdam Reviews

My first time at a Swissotel and I am impressed! Clean rooms, nice amenities, friendly staff, and bathroom products that don't both my sensitive skin. I also like that they have robes and slippers for use, and you could even order some exercise equipment for your room (like a yoga mat). It's also located very easily to plenty of restaurants and sites, and despite that, my room was quieter than I expected. I also felt safe, especially as a single female traveler. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is perfectly located in the City Center. Rooms are beautiful & very clean.

Love this hotel. We were upgraded to suite. Nice view directly see the royal palace, really centre of the "happening part" in amsterdam. Big and spacious room, cappucino machine, sofa and living room is spacious, and they are so nice giving us lindt lindor as welcome gift. The bathroom is super big and spacious. Room so clean. Couldnt ask for more. Wish can stay longer.

The Swissotel Amsterdam is ideally located just 500 meters from Central Station and virtually on the Dam Square. Given the location some street noise is inevitable, you hear it a little bit in the room at night. Restaurant Royal98 can be reached from within the hotel and serves pretty decent Italian food. There is a fitness room and a small business centre. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is not extremely large or modern but adequate.

Lovely hotel within Amsterdam. Location is fantastic as its right in the epicentre of everything.

Staff spoke fluent English and was very helpful throughout my stay. There is a cafe/bar that is attached to the hotel where you relax if you desire.

Room was super clean and super comfy. The room I stayed in had a great view of the square opposite. Shower was powerful and relaxing. Reaching the lifts was also secure as you needed to have a room card to access the lift.

I didn't have breakfast here as woke up too late and missed that opportunity.

Would highly recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Very nice staff! Very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely book them again when in Amsterdam. The sliding door is secured at night so ring the door bell. They will always try to accommodate so your stay will be perfect. The rooms are newly modeled and very comfortable bed/pillows. Thank again.
