I just wanted to leave a review for the great customer service I ve received by Rob T.

He has been most hospitable with any queries and requests during my stay.

It s great to see such high staff morale during the covid-19 pandemic and I really appreciate the efforts

All the staff including housekeeping were so nice and their service is 10/10.

By far the best hotel in Amsterdam.
