The food is good besides the food is the availability of traditional food

Strategic location ,, only the toilet a little stuffy ,,

Hotel in a strategic place in Surabaya. In front of Tunjungan Plaza, just take the crossing bridge. But parking is not regulated. I checked in the night only directed to the basement. In the basement the car is put on its own. Nobody is on guard

Stay with family. The children were very happy to swim in the pool on the 3rd floor swissbelinn tunjungan. Pools are clean and the water is cool. Near the Mall, shopping is fun.

A 3 star hotel with a standard room rate range of 700K / night with Good Services, good breakfast menu, nice rooms and central Surabaya location close to Tunjungan Plaza

The service is good....the room very comfort and the connection of wifi is very good

Relatively cozy and on the prime location hotel. Yet, several things need to be repaired, such as: malfunctioned TV remote control and bathroom's exhaust fan.

The room seems likely unwell-insulated so we notice the traffic's noise from even on the 10th floor and the odor from the bathroom could easily enter the room.

The breakfast's menus are good yet less tasty. Salads are too standard.

The price is relatively affordable (thanks to Traveloka for the discount). It suppose to be cheaper for unpleasure experiences we have got.

Maybe because of the pandemic ... the parking must be outside the hotel

The breakfast buffet here was one of the best I've had.
